Great blinds, delivered with lots of protective wrapping, couple of places with chips but not noticeable. Great value for money. I will be ordering more.

The quality of the blinds is fine.
With the company not having a phone number for contact, it felt like you replied totally on trust.
Not the best communication, always had to be prompted for info.
Unfortunately, nearly 14 weeks of waiting (12 weeks recommended), and they arrived damaged and wrong. (Not Shutter365's fault) 5 more weeks, they eventually arrived correctly and undamaged.

Online ordering made simple, guidance helps a lot. 12 weeks lead time declared upfront. Samples arrived quicker though.
Unfortunately some items were damaged in transit, a quick email and a solution was agreed and replacements arrived in 3-4 weeks.
Easy to install, but helps if you have some DIY skills. Once fitted I was very pleased with the quality and appearance.
Would recommend.

From the start of my shutter process it has been very good. If all goes well with my first shutter I will order 4 more!

The shutters are well made and of good quality. The fitting was relatively simple if you are competent at DIY. Having fitted another brand of diy shutters my husband had little trouble.

When designing the shutters it would be helpful to have an animated image of the complete window showing which way the panels open as I assumed the panels would be hinged together and they were not.

The communication could be improved. I heard nothing after placing an order and eventually chased it up via email. Also the shutters were delivered without prior notice and it was fortunate I was in to accept them. I eventually received the email notifying me my order was on its way 2 weeks after they were fitted!
Otherwise very pleased with the overall quality and look and will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed with the after care. After receiving our shutters we discovered there are no pre-drilled holes to attach the frame to the wall. I contacted shutters 365 and waited three days for a reply where I was told they had contacted the manufacturer and were waiting for a response. I’m still waiting for an update despite emailing for this we took delivery 10 days ago.
So disappointed with the slow response and frustrated that you’re unable to speak to the company You can only converse via email.

Happy with what came and ho quickly it came too…but it is not something that I am looking to do at the moment….i have different things that have priority.

Very good service and responsive when asking important questions

I made an order for £1300 of shutters, after placing the order I realised the lead time was ~12 weeks, which was too long for us. I contacted shutters365 email within less than 12 hours of ordering and requested to cancel the order and get a refund. I had a reply within the hour and the refund was processed immediately. As this is a new business I was a little dubious, but couldn’t fault the service I received. Many thanks
