Company is a complete scam. I made a purchase 5 months ago and I still haven't received it, nor have I received any sort of status update. I emailed and messaged their "support" numerous times over the last few months and still haven't gotten any response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Placed an order on 4th September. Nothing received. Sent two follow up emails, neither responded to. Now seeking a refund via credit card company. I see this is not unusual and wish I'd checked online reviews before ordering,

Still waiting for my order a month later. No updates, they don't reply to emails. AVOID! That'll teach me. As I usually check out reviews beforehand. I wish I had this time!

Complete scam, 3 weeks after paying for a bandana I have received nothing and know of many other cases who are in the same predicament. Do not buy from this company as they don’t reply to any emails that you send about your order and completely ignore them and worst of all. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER

Absolutely disgraceful bullsh@t company. Avoid at all costs! No bandana, no email replies, nothing 2months on. Can't get my money back from them. SCAM

I ordered bandanas from this company on the 30th June 2023. They promised delivery in 2-5 business days. 1 week later - no delivery. Sent an email through customer support - no reply. Sent several emails - no response. Today, 27th July 2023, 4 weeks since my order - goods not received and no response from Shyface. They've run off with my money. I have had to contact my bank who are now trying to retrieve the money from them. I have looked them up at Companies House - they seem to be in pretty bad shape. If you have any undelivered orders with them, act fast to get a refund. I think they are in serious financial trouble.

Paid for next day delivery, confirmed courier with Shyface as I’d been having issues with Evri, so wanted to make sure it wasn’t them. Order did not arrive, no tracking number has been supplied. Three weeks later, I still have not received my order and Shyface are ignoring all of my emails. Having to go through credit card company to get my money back.

Do not order from here. I paid extra for first class postage to get my product quickly and I received it a month later with a second class stamp on it. They are ignoring my emails asking for a refund. No phone number to be found.

It took me a little patience before I could open the package sent by mail and the surprised was Exhilarating. the quality of the item was incontestably perfect and the outline original and it is very comfortable to wear; also good quality for good value!

DO NOT BUY! I can’t believe I didn’t check this company on TrustPilot before, they are a scam company, haven’t replied to any of my emails. I spent £60 on a few bandanas as a treat for myself and a friend, and have had no updates on my order, I’ve been completely ignored. They call themselves a family business on their website-total scam. Absolutely gutted, I saved up for ages. If you’re considering buying from here-run. I’m absolutely furious.

Beware they are scammers.

They don’t reply or ship out items. Took money instantly and have nothing ever since been over 3 weeks now.

The company is registered to a Brandon M. I’m reporting them to trading standards and urge others to do the same if you have in good faith paid this company.

They took the money but no sign of any goods as yet after three or four weeks. No response to attempts to contact them.
