Terrible company and a complete scam!
Terrible company and a complete scam!! Ordered a smiley face lamp and it has arrived in the most bashed and battered looking generic cardboard box and has no face - apparently I have to apply that myself! This was a Christmas gift that I spent way more money on than I should have and it’s a complete waste. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible company. Ordered products over 19 days ago and no sign of them ever getting delivered. Their customer service is non-existent and it seems like a scam.

All my communications ignored, products not as shown on website
I ordered a rug and a print (no frame).
The rug arrived and looked nothing like the one on the website- it had similar colours but the shapes and design on the rug was not the one pictured on the website. The print arrived FOLDED UP! It’s totally crumpled. It’s not printed on paper or card either, some like of plastic material. The ink had bled slightly in one place. I have sent several emails and made return requests through the website but I have had no response! Have they taken my money and run?

Absolutely awful company, Thieves !!
Absolutely awful company. Stealing peoples money. Delivery says 5-8 days, after 8 days my order still hadn't even been dispatched. I sent an email about 5 days in, and I did receive a response back saying they would contact the relevant department and get back to me, which they never did. I sent four more emails and contacted on the live chat on the website, only to either be ignored or receive the same response, even when I asked for a refund.
I still haven't received my items or a refund, or even a response to my last email.
They basically take your money and have no intention of actually sending what you have ordered.
Its all a Scam, they claim that they have been featured in vogue and other places but it's all a lie. Reviews on the website are clearly fake, they are Thieves !!!

ordered in mid-May, and estimated time of arrival was 7-10 days. But it came to Germany end of july, no notification, no email or anything and then sent back to the seller. reaching out someone to refund? Impossible... My lawyer will take care of them with pleasure to stop their operations in Germany.
Update: thank you for contacting me but I initiated a chargeback dispute. Even at that you contested my dispute and want to keep the money. But my bank thought I am right. Since you contested, I had to wait 2 more months Mastercard to evaluate the case. Also Mastercards thought I am right. After 10 months of making the payment, I received my money back. During that fine I tried to contact you even from Instagram. You did not give F. At this stage, I would care only this post to be seen by other people who experience similar things with you to show them how to get their money back from you

You were right to dispute the charge and we're glad Mastercard resolved it in your favour. The fact that you had to wait 10 months, contest a chargeback dispute, and reach out repeatedly across multiple channels just to get your money back is not something we can defend. It was a serious failure.
We contested the chargeback at a time when our processes were in a far worse state than they are today. That's not an excuse; it's context, and we understand it doesn't change your experience.
We're genuinely working to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers. We're sorry it happened to you.
Cheap plastic, no customer service
They didnt ship my order for over 6 weeks and reaching customer service is impossible. Emails, chats, DMs - all ignored. I did finally receive my order, and for the price, im extremely disappointed in the quality. The $70 disco ball hanger is a cheap piece of plastic. I would definitely not recommend buying from this company.

I would give no stars really. Do not buy from this fake company. The reviews on their own website are fake. 3 weeks after ordering bedding i did recieve the most dreadful, poor quality badly made bedding. Its gone straight in the bin, its not even suitable for the charity bag. Obviously theres no point in trying to return this rubbish to these scammers somewhere in China.

Drop shipped garbage, do not order
Received defective drop shipped Chinese garbage for an insane price, absolutely nothing like the images online which are presumably AI generated, and completely ignoring any customer service requests for a refund. This is a scam. Do NOT order from Sickhaus!!

Disappointed Customer
Ordered a product on June 28, 2025 and according to their website UK deliveries with take around 5-8 working days. A few days later I got an email from them saying my order will be delayed. I emailed to ask when it will delivered then, a few days passed and no reply. I proceeded to email them 2 or 3 more times but again no reply.
I decided to go to their Instagram account and try getting in touch with them there. Finally I got a response, they apologised and processed my order again. I asked them if Instagram is a better way to get in touch with them but no response again.
Got my order today (July 9, 2025), more than a month wait and sad to say the product is disappointing, the fabric feels cheap. I thought Sickhaus was a local UK company but when I opened my package theres some Chinese writing on the plastic.
Will not buy from them again.

AI generated images which are totally misleading. What looks like a fine, well crafted product in the product images, arrives as cheap chinese crap. Avoid at all costs.

Advertise delivery in a few days, been well over a month and package finally showing on the tracking but still in China. Zero response to any email, no customer service just avoid. DO NOT USE SICKHAUS under any
Circumstances.
The order arrived eventually and was faulty. SICKHAUS failed to assist in the return despite numerous request over a number of weeks. Not a single email got responded to. Ended up doing a charge back from
My bank. Not sure why they replied to this review after a year!

A faulty item followed by weeks of unanswered return requests is a serious failure on our part, you were completely within your rights to request a return and we should have made that straightforward from the start. We completely understand why a chargeback was your only option at that point.

Customer service never reply, late delivery and faulty items
Parcel took nearly a month to arrive. I ordered 5 of the acrylic shelves... I put one up and it had fallen down within an hour - without any items even being put on it. They are clearly faulty.
I've tried to get in touch with customer service 3 times, but no-one ever replies. If it wasn't for the other 2 items I ordered being fine, I would say this is a scam website.
