I needed help with an installation…
I needed help with an installation question for a specific product, and being able to ask it through Whatsapp meant I could compose a detailed query before asking. The reply was within a few minutes with links to the installation videos I needed. Even then, follow-up questions from me were dealt with almost immediately, and I was able to close out my query in less than 1 hour
