Problem sorted within a couple of days
We experienced a problem with our oven/microwave and we were contacted by the Siemens technician with a few hours of having contacted customer service. An appointment was arranged and the problem sorted within 48 hours.

The efficient service
The first encounter I had with the lady on the phone to book a home visit with engineer was very positive,she was frendly,helpful and efficient.
The engineer did a home visit the following day at 8am as promised,he said the seal was gone on the door of the oven,he explained how to fit the seal on and said he would post it to me.I received the seal on Tuesday and now that it is fitted my buns and cakes are rising lovely.
