Quality and speed of problem
The first call was made to Siemens on bank holiday just after Easter. Call was answered immediately & a repair man was out next day! Told us what problem was.
In a.few days returned with the parts & job was done!

Parts for my 15 year old Siemens XLM1400 Washing Machine were great value and quality. Compared to the general e spares website. (Main drum bearing kits).

Using the Whatsapp was a great use of my time. The communication was within 24 hours, so not instant, but I didn’t have to spend hours on the phone which is a massive bonus. As long as you know the model number and the part you want this is definitely the way to go and Customer Service was excellent.
