5-START CUSTOMER SERVICE - seriously so quick and reliable! Easy to communicate with and very friendly! Will continue to support this company! Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough good things about Signature Patches. I ordered 100 patches and they worked with me getting the colors exactly like I wanted them. When I received my order the patches turned out great but one color wasn’t correct. I contacted Signature Patches and immediately got a response and the customer service has been phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things. From the initial quote request to editing the patch to getting it perfect for me, the quality, then the customer service once I received them. I highly recommend letting them do your next patches. Very high quality and clean crisp monogramming. 5 stars ✨isn’t enough. I wish I could give them more. Thank you Signature Patches for making this whole experience a great one.

I have been dealing with Signature Patches for many years. Their service and the quality of my patch is nothing short of outstanding. From the beginning they have guided me professionally in the creation, design and the manufacture of my patch which has become a best seller on my online store. Signature patches is expeditious in the manufacture and shipping of my patch. The pricing is excellent and provides a great value to me and my customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a beautiful patch at a great price.

Great quality patches. Very friendly customer service. I have placed two orders and I have been impressed by the proofs and the delivered product.

I appreciated the communication and candor, something that is lacking with a lot of small business these days. The patches turned out great and we actually got them just in time to have them sewn and distributed for an event. I have already passed you on to another interested client, and I will likely be using your company again.

Very helpful and timely customer service. Great graphics design.

Customer service was prompt and they edited my image exactly how I asked. Great service! Great price!

Helpful and willing to work with customers on design and delivery.

They were patient and made timely edits. (Lots of them.) I will return if needed in the future and refer people to them.

I've ordered twice from Signature Patches. Both times the patches have been perfect. I'll also mention that they took the time to answer a lot of questions before my purchase. Great contact, with multiple emails back and forth, with patient, informative answers.

easy to order. easy to make modifications

Excellent experience with Signature Patches. From the start everything was professional and well handled. This stayed the same through the whole process.
Mark handled my order, and right from the start he guided me through the whole process. Ty handled all the graphic art and designs, all from scratch. I didn't have any artwork to start from so Ty developed them just off of a verbal description I gave him. We went through several changes and revisions, and each time they came out exactly as I discussed with him. He made recommendations and suggestions that were spot on. Everything came out great. they were exactly as promised and the quality was excellent, right down to the finest details in the drawings.
I needed a rush order and Mark handled it. I even received the patches 2 days earlier than promised for the rush order.
I can't say enough good things about these guys, and my experience dealing with them. I'll definitely use Signature again.

Staff was very helpful and willing to assist in everything I needed.
