Webside not ready for prime time
The ordering process is way too hard, not intuitive. I'm a retired computer professional and I still had trouble navigating the site. Very poor design.

Great Experience
We used the online designer to design some yard signs, we also uploaded designs for door hangers and got metal stakes. Everything turned out great and was shipped quite quickly. We are pleased with everything and will order again.

They didn't get my first two orders…
They didn't get my first two orders correct finally got my third order correct but they didn't mail it out soon enough and I am a small business signs and advertising are important to me. I also feel for a sign company to sell banners with or without grommets why don't they have the right frames or stand to put them in??

I would like to express my commitment to honesty in this matter. I was informed that my order would be delivered between the 16th and the 19th; however, it was anticipated that it would arrive on the 16th, given that it is a small order. Regrettably, the order did not arrive until today, which is unfortunately too late for my intended purpose. It is important to note that selling an item and providing assistance to a client are fundamentally different endeavors and should not be mistaken for a mere illusion or trick.

I had to call 3 times and one of those…
I had to call 3 times and one of those times, I got disconnected in the middle of a conversations. Trying to pay for a order I wanted to submit. I ask each agent if my order looked blurry, they each said yes, and said they fixed it. I am not feeling confident that what I am going to receive will be non blurry signs. Little communication
Little communication. Apparently, my banner art was not high enough quality. It went 3 days with no communication so I thought we were good to go. I am on a deadline expecting my order this week. To be notified today that it wasn't going to work.

The man that helped me was excellent
The man that helped me was excellent. He made some changes for me without sending me to the art department and he got me the 60% discount. I was so happy with his help that I doubled my order from 100 signs to 209 signs.
