The negative reviews are food for thought. The December campaign – 12 Masterclasses – is brilliant and suggests that this level of support, plus additional support, will be maintained in the paid program.
However, this is not the case, as the spontaneous feedback from participants during the program suggests.

Furthermore, there are no Polish women who entered the Kickstart program without a business idea and earned enough to pay for the course, paid off the loan they took out to purchase it, and are now developing the business they created, supporting themselves and their families.

In Poland, you need to already have a business generating significant profits (preferably offline, as social trust in Poland is very low) for Kickstart to leverage it, and provide highly specialized, expensive services that require high qualifications and experience (as in the cases of Agnieszka Figielek and Ewa Czerwińska).

Investing in yourself pays off. But everyone has a different pace of acquiring new knowledge and action when learning something completely new, so 12 weeks of intense training won't lead to real business success for many.

Kickstart isn't financially viable in Poland, as advertised by Sigrun.
Not only is it impossible to start an online business from scratch and generate six figures after just one year, but even the Kickstart purchase doesn't pay for itself within 12 months.

The program is very comprehensive and developmental – like a postgraduate program – so it should be completed with real mentor support over 12 months, especially at such a high price. This should be ongoing support – the opportunity to talk, ask questions, receive answers, and receive real help. For someone who doesn't have a particularly good job or no job at all and needs to self-employment to make a living, this means taking out a loan for 36 or more months.

Whether to do this, and whether to do it this year – let everyone decide for themselves, considering their individual capabilities, situation, and priorities.

This was the best course for starting my online business, I did. I tried a lot of others, but this really gave me the chance to start with everything I needed in the beginning.
The community was great and so helpful. Because in every process you get stuck. But the team helped a lot, the calls were amazing, and the other participants were there. We were going through experience together, 🤗
Sometimes it was hard to trust the process, and to use the little word "yet", when I thought I will never understand. But all payed off in the end. High recommandation ❤️

I am on the free 12 days Free Kickstart Masterclass and so far it has been pretty good. I can't believe that Sigrun has given away so much information for free. I want to join for the accountability but, the only thing is the price of 2997euros, ouch! I'm surprised that the reviews are 60/50 in favour of her course

I came across Sigrun in 2020, followed her free Masterclasses, did my first Kickstart in 2021, booked several other courses from her, did Kickstart again in 2024 (because it worked really well the first time and I needed to add some more courses to my offer) ... absolutely loved every program offered.
I really like the approach of how to create an online course, loved the amazing support of the coaches and mentors, loved the support, energy and inspiration of the group.
I only can highly recommend Sigrun and her programs for everyone who would like to start their online business (and actually also those who already have an online business).
So much to learn in her yearly free 12 days of Masterclasses in December, and certainly the best program to learn how to start an online business in her Kickstart program.

What sets Sigrun and her team of coaches apart from others in the online knowledge industry is that they TRULY CARE about their students/clients and their results. I have worked with Sigrun since 2016, both as a student and for a while also on her team. I’ve done *SOMBA Kickstart twice*, and both times it has been a total game changer for my business.

The first time, I was at the very beginning of my journey and was full of ideas, but I didn’t know how to turn them into a scalable offer.

Kickstart gave me the clarity, structure, and most importantly the push to take action. When you do Kickstart you will implement, this is a implementation course.

I signed up for somba kickstart December 2023. Before kickstart I was working as freelancer in yoga studios and gyms in my city and working all day long, going from one place to another to catch up all my classes.
But 2022 I got pregnant and I wasn’t able anymore to do that because I wanted to raise my child and be present!
When I saw the 12 days of masterclasses for first time in 2023, it was the first time for me seeing something online. I wasn’t even aware of the online world.
From day 2 of the masterclasses I knew I want to be guided from Sigrun how to create an online business and being able to work from home and be close to my child.
And that I did! I joined somba kickstart.
I didn’t had the money, I borrowed them. And I was focused to make this a success for me because after that investment (was big investment for me), I wasn’t able to back off anymore.
I had to learn so many new things! Softwares, platforms, zoom, payment gateways, to teach in public for first time, to promote for first time, to have meta adds for first time, to learn ai for first time and so many more.
I was so 100% in the decision to make 2024 my best year and create a business for myself, that I never left the difficulties to stop me because yes it’s not an easy course and if you want to succeed you need to do the work. Sigrun teaches what she needs to teach but if you don’t do the work because of any excuses, then you won’t succeed.
For me it was one way road! Success was the only choice I let myself to take.
I did everything! I was in the calls live and asking questions all the time and asking feedback etc.
I invested a lot of time those weeks but at the end it paid for itself!!!
After 12 weeks, at the end of kickstart I had a registered business, 1300 email leads (I started from zero) and 14.000€ revenue!
That was my first money after following Sigrun’s program. And I continued.
I am still inside Sigruns programs and I am growing my business.
After 2 years my email list is 5000 leads.
I am doing to the T everything! And I finally work only 5-6 hours per day. My goal this year is to work 4 hours per day.
I am grateful for the decision I made back in 2023. I am grateful to Sigrun.

I am referring to Vero Ka's very detailed review.
Whatever Vero Ka experienced, it seems to have been a different program than the Kickstart I know.

First of all, in my opinion, $3,000 is not particularly expensive for a business program. After all, the aim is to understand online business from the ground up and take the first steps towards building one. But this impression is, of course, subjective, and it's up to each individual to decide how they feel about the price.

2. In my opinion, the length of the individual lessons (how long it takes to understand the content of a lesson) says nothing about their quality.
In addition, I have found that there are written materials for each lesson (or you can reread the entire text).

Regarding Vero's disappointment in the middle of the program: that is absolutely not correct. Every course participant created an online course and – probably – conducted it. The recommendation on what to sell afterwards naturally depends on how many participants you had during your own online course. This is actually logical and has nothing to do with anyone being misled before purchasing Kickstart. During Kickstart, you learn how to create and market an online course, period. Everything else is just icing on the cake. There are no false promises.

The recommendation to use the Facebook group is simply because a great many people use Facebook and know how to use it.
This means that someone who is completely new to online business has no trouble setting up a course platform that works right from the start and is familiar to most people.
This is more of a relief for the participants than a sign of unprofessionalism or an improvised solution.

And now it gets really confusing. The success rate quoted by Vero refers to a completion rate. This means that 90 percent of participants have completed Kickstart. This information is not misleading at all if you read it as precisely as it is actually written.

Of course, it only refers to the completion of the course and not to the actual business results, because Sigrun GmbH has no influence on whether someone is able to attract enough customers afterwards to actually sell a paid course.

Finally, it should be noted that a lack of results after Kickstart is of course not only dependent on the program, but also on:

The participant's equipment and willingness: Are they willing to do the work and take new steps?

The participant's business field: How does the participant define their business field? Is it even viable? Is it even an area where there are enough potential customers?

The participant's ability: Even if the first two conditions are met, is the participant able to convince someone to buy their offer? This depends, of course, very much on the personality and, of course, the qualifications of the participant and now new coach.

And finally: in my opinion, Vero is confusing apples with oranges here. She seems to have expected this online business training to turn her into a successful businesswoman.

But that requires much more than just taking a course. Of course, these shortcomings are not the fault of the organizer.

For my part, I have had good experiences with Kickstart. I put my heart and soul into it and today, a year and a half after completing the training, I am able to make a good living from it.

I regret only one thing — that I didn’t discover Kickstart earlier. This program taught me an incredible amount about online business. Thanks to it, I created my very first online course and now I truly understand how to sell and serve my clients with confidence.

I can 100% recommend this program to anyone who is willing to put in the work and doesn’t look for excuses. You get a clear structure, strong accountability, and continuous support every step of the way. An amazing experience!

I’m half way through 12 days free program and today sat on-the extra session to potentially join the paid program.
Am feeling very unsure, very tempted, but would have to borrow money to pay for it. Big risk.
Decided to look at reviews. Mixed reviews here but the majority are not good and it makes me suspicious of the positive ones tbh

A Pricey Disappointment — Please Think Twice Before Enrolling

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my honest experience with Somba Kickstart, especially considering the high price tag of around $3,000.-
The lessons are extremely short, often no more than 2 minutes of Sigrun reading directly from a Word document. This is far from the in-depth mentorship and guidance I was led to expect. Instead, much of the course focuses on using their internal marketing platform through tutorials — something that, frankly, could have been covered in a low-cost online guide.
Even more concerning was the way communication was handled. When I asked a genuine question in the course’s Facebook group, Sigrun replied in all caps, which felt rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a program at this level.
But the biggest letdown came mid-way through the program. Two months in, it was revealed that if you have fewer than 100 people in your audience, you should focus on selling 1:1 coaching instead of creating a course. This crucial detail was never mentioned during the sales process or early in the course. For many of us, this felt like a bait-and-switch. We signed up to build an online course, not to be told halfway through that it may not even be a viable path.
Additionally, despite the fact we were using their platform to create our marketing emails, we were instructed to run our classes through Facebook groups — an odd choice, given not everyone uses Facebook or wants to rely on it for their business. It felt like an improvised solution rather than a professional setup.
Finally, I want to address the much-advertised “90% success rate.” This is misleading. It refers only to course completion, not to actual business outcomes. A quick look at the comments in the group shows that most participants end up with very small audiences, minimal engagement, and unfortunately, no sales.
Bottom line: this program did not deliver on its promises. I would strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere for a program that offers transparent, comprehensive training and truly respects your investment.

I was recently hired by Sigrun GmbH, only to have my employment terminated at 6am of the day I was due to officially start. The reason given? A ‘misalignment’ on budget - which came about due to me asking questions to understand the detail regarding whether equipment was supplied or not. This is after having the job role offered, and retracted, twice previously during the hiring process. The first time it was withdrawn was seemingly because I enquired about whether flexible hours were offered or not, in relation to school pick ups for my kids. I'm currently having this looked over by legal professional in regards to discrimination as I have all email evidence of this.

Sigrun as a company (and a person) presents as a champion of female empowerment, but my experience was the complete opposite. Instead of uplifting women, they left me in an incredibly difficult position, having already resigned from my previous job and due to start my new role as Marketing and Launch Manager at Sigrun GmbH. This lack of transparency and disregard for professional commitments is not what you would expect from a company built on the promise of supporting women. I have kids and a family, and these kinds of actions from employers have real life consequences for employees. This should never be acceptable, but even more so when a company's outwardly facing ethos and messaging is about empowering women.

Their HR manager is the most heartless individual, most certainly misplaced in this role. She called me "tedious" for a back and forth email thread, which totals 6 emails (3 each way) - hardly a tedious affair, but clearly too much effort for her to have to figure out. This was all detail that should have been included in the original job description or at least the job offer. She asked me to send her the checkout link for a laptop, so she could literally just checkout (think she needs a lesson in how cookies on browsers work). She is damaging to the brand and business. Despite the job application stating how they didn't want ai used during the process, the HR managers emails flag up as 100% ai written when run through an ai detector. You would hope that after terminating someone's contract, leaving them only with a weeks pay in lieu of notice and a family and mortgage to pay for, that the HR manager would bother to put a little bit more effort and compassion into her communications.

The biggest irony is that the business do not want to hire people who are, in their words, "troublemakers". Yet the actions of Sigrun has caused nothing but trouble, and serious damage, to me.

I never received an apology from either Sigrun herself, or the HR manager, which you would expect would be the bare minumum in a situation like this, if they felt any remorse or empathy at all. I requested a call with Sigrun off the back of the HR manager informing me that my contract is going to be terminated, and heard nothing. Sigrun is currently in a retreat in LA and posting regularly about it on her social media.

If you are considering working with or for Sigrun GmbH, I urge you, DO NOT. Their outward messaging does not align with their actions, and their hiring practices are misleading and harmful. They do not care about you. All they care about is money and their image.

Women deserve (so much) better than empty promises and to be treated this way. I believe this so strongly that I'm currently discussing with legal representatives to determine whether or not to pursue. Regardless of any legal outcome, I am going to be taking my story to national and international press, to try prevent this ever happening to other women.

There are a lot more horrendous things that happened to me during this experience, too much to fit in one review. I have requested the video footage of all my zoom calls under Subject Access Request (SAR) as per data protection laws, but currently the HR manager has denied my request. I have escalated this further and intend to publish my full story shortly.
