This is a follow up to my earlier review. Following my review, they responded claiming that they have refunded my money, yet I didn't receive the refund until recently when I threatened to report them to various authorities. They promised to call me back on several occasions but never did until recently after they finally refunded my money. There are FIVE other of my contacts that they have also scammed. None of them got their money back. They provide fake evidence of payment, yet the bank confirms that no transfer was made. The same way they provided fake booking references which were available on BA booking system for two weeks before they disappeared. These people are professional scammers, and I will be reporting them to serious fraud office and the Police. I am not sure how they are able to hack into British Airways and Virgin Atlantic booking systems. I will be writing to the Airlines directly to investigate them. I need to add that they have no office address. They gave me an address in Harrow, which turned out to be a fake address. It is a private residence where knowledge of them was denied.

He was able to help us, after being scammed by another agent. Stayed with us on the line through the entire process of booking. Great job Ken

Amazing service by KEN. Silkline Travel are the best. They assisted me with my ticket… when I called them they answered all my questions and KEN was wonderful. He assisted me and gave me all the options available. Throughout the time, he communicated with me about flight changes and other things. I had a very wonderful experience dealing with Ken and Silkline Travel I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are simply the best.

This is the best travel agency I've met.
I was handled by a gentleman called SIMON . He was so calm and patient with me and explained deeply every question i asked to the point of giving me best advice and options.
I am forever grateful to have contacted the agency as it was referred to me by a friend who normally uses the agency.
