Silverado in Guildford is an absolute gem of a jewellery shop. I recently visited to have a new chain fitted to my Alex Monroe silver pendant, and the whole experience was seamless. The team handled it with great care and attention, making sure everything was just right.
While I was there, I also purchased a beautiful silver ring by Pernille Corydon, which I’m delighted with—it’s a stunning piece and exactly what I was looking for.
The service throughout was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without being pushy. It’s clear they take pride in both their craftsmanship and their customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Silverado to anyone looking for quality jewellery and a truly pleasant shopping experience.

This bracelet is lovely
The bracelet is lovely, I had previously bought this for item as another present for a friend.
I do think the box/packaging could be a little better as the bracelet slides around indside, so didn’t look very nice when delivered.
