would not even give one star. After 15 years of doing business with SilverChef, I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience.
Our latest application was declined with no meaningful explanation provided—even after we specifically requested the reason. For a long-term customer, that level of transparency should be a given.
I understand that lending criteria can change, but the complete lack of communication and disregard for a 15-year relationship is both frustrating and unprofessional.
Based on this experience, I would not consider them a reliable long-term business partner.

The initial experience was great but…
The initial experience was great but things changed after the equipment arrived. Several certified used items arrived with issues including a coffee machine that has never worked, several weeks later, we are still waiting for something to be done. Grill has heating problems, wrong salamander was sent, among other things. Cant get any help on the phone beacause the accounts department has blocked access until we make payment for items we cant use. No communication between the departments.

Worst customer service/ warranty…
Worst customer service/ warranty possible.
My ice cream machine broke down 7-8 days ago. Still not fixed. I keep calling them and everytime they say it will be fixed shortly. I had to shut down during easter.

This company (now econolease)claims on their website
"If you buy, we’ll give you back a rebate on all payments made, to put toward the purchase price."
This is not the case I am trying to buy out the equipment and now it is more expensive than when I originally purchased it this place is a total scam

It was a good equipment you all always…
It was a good equipment you all always provided for me but this time equipment was some problems such as not working properly about feet of stove top that was not adjustable well and protective of lubbers underneath of feet most of them and one of the stove elements was curved. There was no explanation on the product lists before I leased.
My plumber who will have an explanation about this issues with certificate to you soon.

There should be only 1 account manager per buyer….. only 1 point of contact.
At the moment it seems that there is 1 account manager per supplier, if a buyer is purchasing from 3 different suppliers then he may have to deal with 3 separate employees of Silver Chef.
This is both confusing and unnecessary.😊
