The communication with your staff was fast and absolutely spot on with my delivery query. Next day delivery even on a
Saturday, ordered x2 pairs as I couldn't make my mind up. They were such a great price and good quality I've kept them both. I do recommend silver Street.

Order not received...
Made an order and was showing it delivered. Never received it. Made several calls and sent numerous emails. No response. Avoid at all costs...

We have been informed by our Warehouse that the order had been dispatched from us and it seems there is a delay from Royal Mail regarding the same.

bought some boots they sole wore out completely inside 12 months, Silver street phone number 0116 2756655 is fictitious, it never gets answered, filled in the contact for, 4 times no answer what so ever, very rude avoid , there is no customer service what so ever avoid

I Emailed Silverstreetlondon regarding a delivery enquiry, I received a prompt phone call resolving my query and received my order the next day. Excellent service and good quality well priced shoes. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Customer service was friendly & understanding: regarding enquiry of order status. Shoes are perfect in every way, good leather that will last, simplistic detail make it a must have. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

I purchased a rucksack with next day…
I purchased a rucksack with next day delivery at 12:10pm on a Thursday (I needed it for Friday) and it claims on the website to dispatch if ordered before 4pm. They put my delivery on a 48hour instead of next even though I payed extra for next day. Then when I try to contact to return it I had no response at al. Worst part is the quality of the bag isn’t even with the money. Shocking service, I’d avoid if you can!

While we apologise for the inconvenience caused, we will surely escalate the delivery service with our dispatch team. Please note that due to the product been bought from a third party retailer and not directly from us we would not be able to assist with returns/exchange as per our policy.
Items were never delivered or refunded
Items were not delivered by Royal Mail and the photo evidence of delivery has a different persons name and address.
Despite reporting this to Silver Street over email twice (as there is no contact phone number) they have failed to even acknowledge my email.

While we do apologise for the above mishap by Royal Mail, we would like to confirm that not only did we acknowledge your email but also raised the same with Royal Mail and have dispatched a replacement via another Courier service (DPD)
Cancelled without telling me
Confirmed the order then sent me a Parcel Force confirmation number. 24 hours later sent my money back to Pay Pal with out any email explaining it was cancelled.
Poor customer service, wont bother with them again.
