This is my second pair of boots from silverstreet and I have to say the product quality is very good and the delivery service was quick and effortless.

Additional shipping fees and import taxes.
Was informed that the shipping fee quoted and paid was insufficient. Thereafter, was asked to make another purchase to cover the difference between the quote shipping fee and the new shipping fee, with any surplus refunded to me. However, given that this was an international purchase wherein conversion fees were and would be incurred, the Company was not willing to even offer to split the difference between the quote shipping fee and the new shipping fee. Further, was told that I would have to also cover the shipping import taxes where was never disclosed to me.
Honestly, very disappointed with the after service recovery. Hope the Company can do better to quote their shipping fees and be more upfront about any additional fees to be incurred.

Please note that all our shipping charges are in accordance to the average international shipping cost although due to current unprecedented price fluctuations, it is difficult to quote an exact price and thereby we give flexible options as suggested above by you that is making another purchase to cover any additional charges with the shipping cost refunded back.
Also, please note that as per our shipping policy the receiver is required to pay any additional charges (import duty tax).This is mentioned on our website on the Shipping and Refunds policy page.

Very professional
Very professional, simple to navigate website with just the right amount of choice, priced very competitively and with a good selection of sizes and colours for each product. I’m usually a bit unsure about ordering shoes on-line but the Chelsea boots I ordered from Silver Street have by far exceeded my expectations. The size and colour have been perfect, in fact I was so impressed I ordered a second pair the following day! Highly recommended.
