My experience was beyond my expectations. I sent numerous emails and asked so many questions and every one of them was answered promptly by Tammy. Every step of the handcrafted process was emailed to me. When I finally saw the item which I requested for my daughter's birthday, it was beyond what I had expected. It's absolutely beautiful.
