Had an issue with a wusthof which…
Had an issue with a wusthof which needed replacing, I have to say their customer service is outstanding I spoke to a gentleman called Michael who was very helpful during the whole process. Delivery in two days. 100% would recommend this company.

I had a problem with a scanpan i purchased so i rang Haus in stoke on trent apoke to a gentleman called Michael sent him pictures of the pan and a replacement arrived by 14.00pm the nextday thank you Michael A first class service of a quLity product

Extremely pleased with their service
I used them for the first time and I am extremely happy with their service. I’ve ordered large Wusthof cutting mats; by mistake they’ve sent me small ones. When I called them , they were very helpful; immediately sent the right size ( the next day!) and wanted me to keep others as an apology. I thought this was very good service. They won me!

Mark, my apologies you feel this way. We do update our site daily, we missed one image for which we can only apologise. We sent you the very latest product instead of the old one from the brand for which you ordered, the latest slightly tweaked version. You weren’t happy with it, we collected said product and refunded. All done in a week. We are only human! Our product image has now been amended! Take care. HAUS

Fantastic customer service department and high quality products.
I contacted ilovehaus about sourcing a spare part for an item that they stock. The support team went 'over and above' to track down the part and, in this instance, supplied it cost-free although the problem had not been 'of their making'. They have a new customer for life and I love the quality of the brands that they offer.

Excellent service
Ordered a tomato knife. Excellent service from start to finish. Item arrived very well packaged. I was unable to find an exact replacement for my vintage tomato knife but this one a very suitable alternative. Would definitely recommend this company if you expect good service.

Packaged well, arrived in good time. We even had an email advising us that delivery would be delayed as the ferry was cancelled due to adverse weather. Excellent service. We would recommend this company.Not used the item yet as it is a gift, so cannot comment on that.
