We have just finished our first virtual meeting with Simpler Law which was a very positive experience. Our will specialist was Sian, she was really nice, knowledgeable and explained all options, we didn’t feel any pressure to go with her recommendations, but did see benefit and did purchase a trust which worked best for our needs.

The person I spoke to was very warm and friendly and polite. He was able to answer several questions I asked him and did not rush me into making a decision regarding trusts and POA. We agreed that I should have a week to think it over before I contacted him

I highly recommend 'Simpler Law' we were really apprehensive about doing a phone interview. However, we were delighted with the ease of how things went. Joe comes highly recommended as well, he made the process go with ease and explained everything as we went along.

I have had a great experience using Simpler Law, I have previously used them to generate a will for myself and my wife. During a review with Scott, it was obvious that it was important to cover other areas. Scott gave honest and detailed information on the benefits of a living trust. In my current circumstances the advice given matched my needs. I would highly recommend Simpler Law for a no nonsense, honest advice and information in order to come to an informed decision.

Will, the advocate from Simpler Law, was polite, and didn't rush me to make rash decisions, he did not complain if I asked questions, and went off the beaten track. I felt comfortable with his phone call. I was impressed by Dean, who was on the counter in a supermarket, who put me in touch with Simpler Law, and even arranged a timed telephone appointment, which came at the toime expected. I was quoted £800 previously for the will making, and/or a free will service wanted a donation to charity. I give to charity what I can afford, and most people do not have a spare £800. Will was genuine, and helpful, and I will not hesitate to advise other people to go to Simpler law, if they are making a will.

From the initial point of contact, everything appeared to be progressing well. Unfortunately, that quickly changed. The first draft of our documents was incorrect, as were the second, third, and fourth versions. It ultimately took five attempts before the documents we had already paid for were produced to an acceptable standard.
The problems did not end there. We were then hit with unexpected and excessive charges simply to have our own documents released. It felt as though the company was effectively holding our documents hostage unless we agreed to pay these exorbitant storage and release fees.
Even after reluctantly paying the additional fees, I am still waiting more than two months later to receive the documents I have paid for in full. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Without question, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor communication, repeated errors, unexpected costs, and significant delays have turned what should have been a straightforward process into an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Everything was discussed in detail and any questions answered in clear precise format. I have already recommended friends to use this company. Perfect.
