The arm of my specs broke off, I sent them for repair on Wednesday and they were returned to me on Saturday fully repaired and looking like new. What a great service - I fully recommend Simplespex

Firstly, George is the best—he’s literally a human Wikipedia for glasses. He knows everything!

I was originally quoted over £200 by Lensology for lenses that weren’t even suitable for me. George explained which lenses would actually work better, and they were half the cost of what I almost spent elsewhere. The turnaround was very quick too.

This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company. I genuinely felt listened to and cared for. All my messages were answered quickly and thoroughly, which I really appreciate.

I’ll be getting my glasses reglazed with SimpleSpex from now on, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family :)

My review of Simplespex is very simple. If you are looking for an online Company where you will save money and at the same time benefit from expert technical knowlege and ability matched to absolute trust integrity where every customer will be treat as a VIP then look no further. I use this review to thank George again for simply wonderful service and perfect new (albeit complicated) glasses.

What a great company. It’s almost shocking, top tier service perfection. I threaded the heads of two screws trying to get the lens out of my glasses. Initially forgot to send them in and when I emailed months later asking if I could send them in on the original invoice and price - replied quickly and no problems at all to send them. I originally ordered two screws to be drilled (I couldn’t imagine how those screws would come out otherwise, ridiculously tight and I completely destroyed the heads in the process). They called me on the phone to explain they were repaired and explained they had managed to remove the screws without drilling and as a result.. provided me a 50% refund because they’d extracted the screws more easily. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more honest company in my life. Glasses turned around really fast. They were sent back immediately, perfect, new screws and a spare set with not a mark on the glasses and my new lens are now in within a few working days of having posted them to them. Seems like all the trustpilot reviews are equally gushing and they absolutely deserve all of it and more. I couldn’t recommend them more. I’m still amazed there actually are businesses like this that even exist. Superb.

Great service and Repair, didn't expect them to be able to repair my glasses frame, but they did,saving me several hundred pounds.

One of the metal arms holding a rubber nose pad suddenly broke off. I sent a picture of it and received a very reasonable quote to replace both. George was very honest about my options for repair. Posted my frames on a Monday and received them back by Thursday. Amazing service!!

Sent three pairs glasses to Simplespex after my local optician told me they couldn’t be fixed and I’d need to buy new frames. Had never heard of this company before so was sceptical I was just sending expensive frames to a random company never to be seen again. All three pairs came back fixed within a week and I even got a refund for one pair because it was a cheaper type of repair than I had paid for. Will be recommending them to everyone I know who wears glasses!

First Class Service from George. He advised me how to choose the correct replacement full frame. The work was completed in just a few days, was of excellent quality and great value.

Quick, efficient and honest! I sent a pair of glasses off for a repair a retail chain told me wasn’t possible and they were fixed and back with me within a week. I was even partially refunded because the repair I had chosen wasn’t actually needed and I’d paid too much. Can’t recommend enough!

Having been to a high street optician where my frames and lenses came from to ask if they could repair the arm that had come off my glasses, I was told they could not repair them as the spring was broken and I would have to buy new frames and lenses. I found Simplespex on my search engine who after receiving my photo of the damage said they could be repaired. The service was beyond amazing in the finish the cost and the time frame of sending them off and receiving them back fully repaired. I can’t thank George enough and would recommend him 100 times over.

A Silhouette rimless side-arm snapped off in late December. By default I would have gone to a local opticians to seek a repair, but shops were closed and in any case I now realise this would have been a waste of time.
By chance I came across simplespex on the internet. Sceptical at first, I was astounded how quickly George replied to my query, and for his excellent and money-saving advice.
I received my repaired glasses just a few days later. The 'copy' titanium side-arms to me are indistinguishable from the originals, and are just as comfortable.
Very impressed with the speed and quality of service!

I would like to say thank you to Geroge for his professional advice, help and service to fix my glasses. My glasses are alway sliding down from my nose and I snapped one of the hinges. George not only fitted in nose pad arms to stop my glasses sliding down from my nose, but also repaired my broken hinge of my glasses. He is very helpful. The service is speedy and I managed to get my glasses back before Christmas. Highly recommand to anyone who needs optical advices or service.
