Simpliv Learning i a scam organization and they are very lucky i do not have a good lawyer to make a case with them, i remember my experience selling one of my udemy course with them, they initially registered the course under my name and account, made some sales and they never paid me, it showed i had quite a few students on my course, but when i approached them, they had no explanation, as my account was flat 0, later on, they moved my course to a different account, hoping i wouldn’t know, i approached them, and lost my account, up until this day, i have had no feedback from them.

Everyone is entitled to have their opinion, but, i wouldn’t trust a platform that would cheat and rip off its instructors, no explanation, no reparation, nothing , i spent time and sweat creating that course.

Purchased a 'life-time' accessible course from them. I started the course but had to stop for work reasons. Later on they later removed this course from their business and were not interested doing anything about helping. The just wanted you to spend more money on another one of their courses. You cannot trust a company that does not deliver on its claims. Plenty of companies that offer similar courses so look around and avoid a company that is dishonest in its claims.

I signed up for an AI course that specifically called out using Co-Pilot for Outlook and Calendar, and they didn't even touch on it. Complete false advertising.

Overpromise and underdeliver. This just seems like a marketing front on a sub-par training service. Much better end user training over on KnowledgeWave dot com. They really know what they are doing, they deliver a lot of value for the cost.

Do not purchase anything from them! Id made a purchase in November 2024, id repeatedly asked for access woth no success. I then in March 2025 asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't find my purchase. Then tracked it and sent me the recordings. I'd reiterated I wanted a refund instead, they told me that since I'd received the recordings, I couldn't get a refund but just a course credit for something else. Beyond ridiculous! And a great way to make sure you don't have to refund customers for your own mess up!

Trainings are a waste of money and time

I agree with all the posts - one star is too high.
The training was done "on the fly", unprofessional and did not cover what was advertised, read the output on the screen, the trainer sounded like he was going to fall asleep. This is a waste of money and time.

I also signed up for another recorded training, did not get the video after it was completed on the day. When I asked for the video they sent me training from August.

I would not give them not even one star, but I do not have that option. They received my payment but I received NOTHING back. No link to access the course, no duplicate course (Microsoft Excel) no NOTHING. I ended up paying $199.00, they are SCAM. They are stealing your money! Someone should look into their "business".

The instructor was not thorough at all and the entire virtual training felt unprofessional with consistent technical hiccups on their end (no audio for videos, lack of communication between instructor and administrator). The training felt lackluster and uncoordinated throwing random information at you with no good format. Overall terrible.

Absolute garbage! Did not cover anything in the course that the name implied. They kept sayin as questions but will not answer them and the system is set up so you can't see the other users or their questions. The instructor was fumbling through the material, which again not related to the title of the course, and didn't see very knowledgeable. Definitely will be using them again.

This company steals money from their subscribers. They suck! I bought a couple years ago several self-paced courses and now, all of a sudden, this was their reply: "I regret to inform you that we have currently stopped Self – Paced courses from our line of business, we apologize for the inconvenience caused, however you can feel free to visit our website and purchase live virtual trainings that are currently available with a festive discount." They just apologized, THAT'S IT!!! I payed these courses under specific lifetime access guidelines, and now they stole my money, I can't believe they can do that with no one banning them on the web! The US government should do something about this, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Deletes all of your (self-paced) courses that you paid a lot of money for without any notice or refund. This company is definitely a scam and as such other people should be aware of it. Their behavior should be illegal and I suggest everyone who even thinks about purchasing anything that they don't. It's like burning money or flushing it down the drain.

Also their site is really slow and buggy, up to the point that you sometimes are unable to login.

Several posters have said it. They will cancel your course, without notice, and not refund you. This must be stopped. This is NOT a legitimate company.

I purchased a “self-paced” course from Simpliv several months back, despite some negative reviews I saw online. I should have listened to those reviews!

Initially, all was fine. However, Simpliv recently decided to eliminate all “self-paced” courses from their website. This means I can no longer access the course I paid for.

I contacted support today and asked if refunds would be available. I was told, “Unfortunately, refunds are only available during the first 20 days.”

The policy of only giving refunds within 20 days would be perfectly acceptable if the course material was still available to me.

However, the course material has been deleted, and I no longer have access to it. To refuse to give a refund at this point is unacceptable!

Beware of spending a dime on this scam company. You cannot trust them to keep their word, and you cannot trust that you’ll actually get what you paid for.
