We were then passed to Chanelle who has made this process so easy. Every email and question to both John and Chanelle was replied to the same day if not the next working day and they never made us feel like a burden with all the questions we had.

They have made the impossible possible for us as today we received our final mortgage offer when no other broker or lender was willing to look at us and our circumstances.
