My goods were delivered to the wrong place and they would not expedite a replacement
My goods were delivered to the wrong address and I was told that I would have to wait for an investigation by Royal Mail. I sent the picture from the Royal Mail tracking, clearly showing that it had been delivered to the wrong place. The response was that they would not refund or send a replacement until they have completed a Royal Mail investigation. This is unacceptable and against consumer law.

I paid for fast delivery and was out…
I paid for fast delivery and was out for the day which I told the driver. He did not go round the back of the flats to deliver my meds. When I spoke to the lady and explained she said il still have to pay for another delivery which seemed very unfair seeing that all they needed to do it post in the letter box outside. I then paid again for fast delivery which cost me again and the driver still didn’t put in the post box but unlucky I was in from work to collect.
