Hello Peter,
Thank you for your review.
We are sorry you are unhappy with the manufacturer supplied. However, our website clearly states that product images are for illustrative purposes and that manufacturers may vary. This means that ordering an item based on the image shown does not guarantee that specific manufacturer will be supplied.
The medication supplied was the correct medication and strength that was ordered. We therefore cannot agree that the item was incorrectly supplied.
We also advise customers to contact our Customer Service Team before placing an order if they require a specific manufacturer, so that we can confirm which brands we currently have in stock at the time of ordering.
If you specifically require Accord Thyroxine, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service Team on 0208 262 3252 before placing a future order, and we can confirm whether Accord is available.
Kind regards,
Simplymeds Online

Flawed AI detection software
I instructed this company to cancel my order after being advised my photographic evidence had been deemed AI generated and therefore unacceptable.
This is the second time I have used this service, the first occasion being one I was extremely satisfied with. On that occasion the photo of my medication box with dispensing label was accepted as evidence.
On this occasion my photo of the same evidence type, taken on the same phone, was erroneously identified as an AI image by their evidently defective AI detection software.
It escapes me quite why it is thought someone would go to the bother to generate a fake image to obtain a 2 week supply of a minimum dose common antihypertensive. But then I rely on common sense rather than intelligence that isn't real.
Anyway since I'm neither a bot nor, as is inferred, a liar I'm disinclined to engage in furnishing an evidently flawed system with yet more personal information and will not be doing further business with this company.

Hello Terry,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that your recent experience has left you disappointed, particularly as you had previously used our service and were happy with the experience.
I completely appreciate your frustration regarding the photographic evidence you submitted. The verification process is in place to help us ensure that the evidence provided is genuine and to protect the safety of our patients. Where an image is flagged by our verification system, we are required to carry out further checks before we can proceed with an order.
I appreciate that you may not wish to provide any further personal information, and we will of course respect your decision. We have therefore proceeded with the cancellation of your order as requested, and any applicable refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
I am sorry that we were unable to provide the level of service you experienced on your previous order. Your feedback regarding the verification process has been noted and will be passed to the relevant team for review.
Kind regards,
Simplymeds Online
