Flawed AI detection software
I instructed this company to cancel my order after being advised my photographic evidence had been deemed AI generated and therefore unacceptable.
This is the second time I have used this service, the first occasion being one I was extremely satisfied with. On that occasion the photo of my medication box with dispensing label was accepted as evidence.
On this occasion my photo of the same evidence type, taken on the same phone, was erroneously identified as an AI image by their evidently defective AI detection software.
It escapes me quite why it is thought someone would go to the bother to generate a fake image to obtain a 2 week supply of a minimum dose common antihypertensive. But then I rely on common sense rather than intelligence that isn't real.
Anyway since I'm neither a bot nor, as is inferred, a liar I'm disinclined to engage in furnishing an evidently flawed system with yet more personal information and will not be doing further business with this company.

I went through the same thing with your medicals and had yo cancel. Its getting near to my due day to take it but I'm having no joy. I'm feeling do depressed about this situation.
