From start to finish they could not have been more helpful. They arranged for an installer to come round and do a free survey. Jamie and Luke were clean and efficient workers and I am so pleased with my new stove.

Had a great experience with Simply Stoves. Chris rang within half an hour of purchasing online to arrange a delivery date of a day of two. He delivered as promised, the stove is amazing and the fitter configuration what a good stove it was. Competitively priced too.

Good stove and serice
Ordered an Arada Hamlet Solution 4 S4 Multifuel Stove. Comms and delivery were good and efficient. Very happy with the stove too... served us brilliantly through the recent cold snap!
Would recommend the stove for those that need something compact. I've ended up getting a fan to go on top as our fireplace is really tight.. and that's definitely improved output to the room.

We bought the Termatech TT20R Streamline Wood Stove from Simply Stoves and it is absolutely amazing! The stove has transformed our lounge living space and heats up the open space very well ! It was the missing piece of the jigsaw! The actual stove was safely delivered, precisely on the date requested, all solidly packaged on a pallet. Would definitely use Simply Stoves again...

Excellent Company!
We chose to shop with Simply Stoves from an initial visit years ago, when we were first looking into wood burning stoves. We were not disappointed as Jamie came to visit as arranged via email and was able to recommend the stove that would work best in the area I had in mind, which is a corner of our dining room that would allow the outside twin wall chimney flue to be installed without impacting on the neighbours. We instantly felt at ease with Jamie and wanted him to complete the work.
He also recommended the best hearth for our room which was a lovely slate. There was a waiting time for Jamie’s visit and the installation (usual wait time for products to be delivered) as he is extremely busy and we can see why! The cost was more than I anticipated as it was quite a few years ago that we had had quotes, but the products are first class and you always get what you pay for!
Jamie and Luke were excellent fitters and worked extremely hard over long days to complete the work in the time frames they had set themselves. Chris who owns the company was also extremely helpful and although we unfortunately never met him as he was busy when we visited the shop, he couldn’t have been more helpful and communicated promptly over WhatsApp.
We would highly recommend Simply Stoves!
We have a yearly service booked with Jamie and he has also recommended where we can purchase quality wood to maintain the stove’s performance.
