The details in the artwork were spot on, capturing everyone perfectly, even the smallest features. The canvas print exceeded my expectations with its high-quality framing and attention to detail. It brought back wonderful memories of the early days of my husband and me watching The Simpsons together. Now, over a decade later, this piece is a cherished addition to our home. I'm already planning to get another one featuring all our pets!

The Simpsonized characters were not a very good likeness of my family. I worked on revisions with the company artist, and they did respond in a timely manner, but never did get it quite right, even after I sent them additional pics and, eventually, out of desperation, a screen shot of a likeness from another "yellow" company ad that looked quite a bit like my son. Eventually, I gave up trying to get a better likeness and decided to cut my losses by --before approving the image --cancelling my order for a canvas. They promptly refunded that extra cost ($99 for a canvas of the image) but I still spent over $200 for a digital image I am not crazy about and have to have printed myself. Disappointing.

Note that their site has a limit on the number of words you can use to describe what you want. I wanted 7 characters, so I had to keep revising and cutting my order description. As best you can, you should be as detailed as possible about everything, from clothing to parting of the hair, and send many pics. Also, my first draft image was missing at least half the details I'd requested on my order, and I went back and forth 4 times to get them all in. Once, a detail they added disappeared in a subsequent revision, so be sure to carefully review every revision.

Ultimately, the process was frustrating, but the company was quite responsive. I realize the product will be different depending on the talent and experience of the artist you are assigned, but I wish I'd looked at other companies and prices. I didn't realize there were so many doing this "yellow" thing, some with a bigger variety of backgrounds and more lively caricatures, until I went hunting for an online image to send them in my effort to get a better likeness of my son.

Had a few revisions, they did them without question. Received the finished framed poster and it’s AWESOME! 👏

Overall, fantastic experience. Quickly answered my questions and shipping was easy, even to Canada. Arrived perfectly. Artists amazingly captured our family with no changes required.

Very happy with the outcome. Took a few revisions to get there, but got there in the end, Did not appreciate asking for tip before work commenced. That is not appropriate especially when selling globally. Tip should just be incorporated into the pricing. I have never come across this in all my years of online shopping. It would be more logical to have a link to a tip page as part of the review process. Asking for it upfront for work that hadn’t even started creates a bad impression. I have bought lots of things from Etsy that are personalised and no one ever asked for a tip.

The artwork didn't look like the pictures. I paid for the fast shipping 2 weeks ago and still haven't even received an update, let alone my order. I will never order again! This is the first review I have ever responded to. I never bother to respond, paying over $200 for something, you at least expect the minimum. Not expecting much, but at least the bare minimum.

I sent in 2 pictures of my brother’s family to simpsonizeme and they created a canvas picture and 2 t-shirts. My brother’s family all watch the Simpsons so this will be a great Christmas gift for them!

I love it! It’s hilarious and they were great about making the changes I asked for and it was done quickly.

I ordered this for my godson and his wife for Christmas! The art team was so patient and made four or five revisions before I was completely happy. I love it!! I laughed, and I can't wait to see their reaction when I give it to them.
