Great work but even better customer service.

Received the wrong canvas. I requested a Simpsonize me picture, and I received a canvas for a retired firefighter. I emailed about the problem, and no one has responded

The detail was amazing. The recipient LOVED it!!

Horrible conversion. The redo was was worse. Only received a partial refund because they said the “artist” spent time. It looked like a poor AI attempt.

I loved that at first, I made a mistake when I ordered it; and even once I submitted my order, I was able to email them and change the order, and got the order less than two weeks laster

I liked how we were turned into cartoons. But it was a little unaccurate. Instead of just one parakeet in the picture there was two. And something was a little off with the faces of me and my family. Otherwise, it's pretty cool being in the simpsons!

You guys didn’t send my picture in the mail.
Your email didn’t exist after the final picture was created. Therefore all communication ceased.
I have since had to go to a printing business to get the picture printed out costing me money.

I have had my eye on this art service for YEARS and now that my son is a teenager and into the Simpsons, I thought I’d surprise him with a poster of our family. Im very satisfied with the thorough review process of the design, and received a good quality print of my art.

Additional information was not taken onboard and draft did not resemble works that were on website, facial features were odd looking. I am now having issues replying and emails bouncing back and website no longer working? Wonder if anyone else has had these issues. Haven't seen or read anything about scams?
