The help from the team too achieve my goals for the artwork. They were soo patient and you are allowed too have unlimited adjustments.

The art approval process went well but it's been a week and I know nothing about the shipping of the print and no way to contact a human being about it. I've left several emails, filled out inquiry forms and tried chat...left an Instagram message...no information. Sadly missing a birthday deadline.

From the initial set up, to the quick turn around of receiving my photo and even the revision I had done. The service was outstanding. I absolutely loved the portrait the team at Simpsonize Me created for me.

I highly recommend getting a portrait done for either yourself, family member or friends.

The photo on the mug came out blurry and the company was not super easy to deal with. They ignored some of my revisions. Shipping was relatively fast though.

Fun idea, well executed. They offer revisions to the original draft, which were quickly and accurately incorporated.

I enjoyed the product, but I ordered the rush service in 48 hours and they did not complete it within that timeframe and it took a long time to get the refund for them not delivering in time.

Originally was sent incorrect family which delayed me receiving my item. Requested several edits as we looked frightening in what was created. They were timely and responsive to edits but was ultimately disappointed in end product. We did not look the The Simpsons.

This is my 2nd experienve with simpsonize me and I feel it was not a good experience. They lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Purchase this as a gift and send it back twice still not happy with it
