Great communication & shipping!
I found Singular Biotech through some ads on Facebook. I did some further research online and saw one negative review on Reddit, but also saw the owner was very active in subreddits which I took to be a good sign. I decided to order and received my package on ice days earlier than expected. As far as I can tell the quality is good and what I ordered is working as expected. I'll 100% order again in the future.

30 days to get, not great quality order elseware.
It took a month to get a shipment that was supposed to take 7 days. No communication and the the quality was not consistent. I ordered 20 total peptides and was just given a excuse of “things are taking longer “

This customer ordered wholesale products. Retail peptides ship very quickly, wholesale peptides are being compounded 100% custom for you. Turnaround time on custom wholesale orders is 3-4 weeks. We have always said this on calls or emails but are also updating entire site to make this 100% clear.
Wholesale orders are always going to take 3-4 weeks, if they arrive earlier it is a blessing. No one here ever promised a turnaround of 7 days nor has the site ever said anything like this for wholesale products.
Thank you for your business & apologies for the misunderstanding, always the best thing to do is just call us with any questions.
