A long delivery time but was worth the wait as so much cheaper

I needed a part replaced. It took over 2 months and several messages to get the part delivered. I was asked twice for my address even though it had been on the original order. There was no way to contact anyone on the phone

I didn't even expect it to be so good! Love Blanco sink it is exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly with my new kitchen. Delivery was super speedy!

Just bought a gas hob from Modern Kitchen. No problems; before buying I requested a delivery estimate, which was met. After bad experiences with other companies I requested that the item be securely wrapped. In response they kindly double-wrapped the box and it was delivered in the delivery promised delivery window too. Item in perfect brand new condition. In summary, a very good experience. Great price too!

We order a Bosch gas hob on Monday which was delivered at 2pm on Tuesday. Including the cost of delivery this was £2 cheaper than Curry's not a huge saving but better in our pocket than Curry's profits.

The product arrived well packaged and looks really good now that it has been fitted. Highly recommend this company and in future if I need any kitchen related appliances I will definitely check out their site.

Terrible company, avoid!
Received Blanco silgranit sink with massive cracks and literally parts of the sink missing to the outside bowl.
I didn't open it until a few weeks after receiving it as was waiting for kitchen fitter to come (I accecpt I should have opened earlier) but even so any other company would happily exchange faulty/damaged products. Modern Kitchens not even accepting it is damaged but saying this is normal!!
I have seen these sinks in person in many shops and this is not normal.
Will never use this company again, con artists.
I'm sure you will respond with some silly message here now saying you are right and somehow tried to rectify. Doesn't matter. Avoid avoid avoid!

Great price. Good communication. Quoted 7-10 working days delivery was actually 7. Installed on day 8. Very happy. Just got to get rid of all the cardboard now.

Great customer service.
I was quite reluctant to buy from here after reading the reviews, but I couldnt fault the service. My product arrived 1 week later and although there was 1 day delay, I was informed of this.
