Bought an air mate air compressor but…
Bought an air mate air compressor but wasn’t sure which couplers needed for the air hose rang customer service and they addressed my problem straight away and sent me out some adaptors so I could get it up and running. Amazing customer service.

GOOD TRY, BUT not good enough
FIRST MACHINE, USED, COVERED IN OIL, MARKS ON SAFT, LOWER HANDLE WOULDNT MOUNT, SECOND MACHINE ,REPLACEMENT, DRIVE SHAFT WOULDNT ENGAGE, SO NO DRIVE, 3rd Machine looks fine, but who knows, WEATHER Stoping us trying it, STAFF were helpful on gettting things sorted, BUT Nachi wasnt up to speed with the situation, as i needed a multi tool in a dry period of weather, which DIDNT really happen, SHAME

Fantastic service from SIP's customer service team. I e-mailed in with about problem one of my top account customers was having with a compressor. I got a very quick response from the Team, who dealt with the issue promptly. After sales service is a key part of being a successful business and SIP certainly have it in abundance!

Spare parts required for a 2004 compressor.
The web/technical teams have responded quickly and helped to locate the part despite repeated questions from me. They have been very patient!

Great Products
I’ve had a few of SIP products and they have all been brilliant, I have the autoplus 130a welder which worked perfectly without any issues start to finish whilst doing some rust repairs to my car, and their 4-in-1 air con unit is a god-send during the summer. Also me and my mate bought some SIP 3 ton jack stands to work on a joint car project as they were easier to use being a ratchet type. Will definitely be buying more products from SIP going forward.
