Great refresher.
The course was a great refresh of first aid. Also was interesting to hear what had changed since the last course 3 years ago. Paul was thorough and detailed with helpful videos and demonstrations. Hands on experience and feel more confident if I need to administer first aid.

I really enjoyed the First Aid course. Elaine explained everything clearly and made the lessons easy to understand. She was patient, supportive, and encouraged everyone to participate.
