I paid $99 for their Store Audit because they aggressively market a 24-48 hour delivery turnaround. It has been over 3 days, I have received absolutely nothing, and their team is completely ignoring my emails.

I have emailed multiple addresses, including their documented support desk, trying to get an ETA on my audit so I can make adjustments to my store. Zero responses. No updates, no timeline, just silence.

If you are an e-commerce owner looking for quick feedback to optimize your conversions, do not waste your money here. They will take your $99, blow past their own guaranteed deadlines, and ghost you when you ask for a simple update. If my audit isn't delivered immediately, I will be filing a chargeback with my bank.

Hired this company for a website re-build. Matt hirsch was the smooth talking salesman, over promising with a 7-8 week delivery. I foolishly paid upfront it's now been 11 weeks and they are completely ignoring me. Shahz, Nolan , Matt .. none of them are responding to my emails. They took my money and ran. So mad at myself right now. Don't make the same mistake!

Highly recommend this service. Shahz and his team went way above and beyond what I originally thought I was paying for. They gave me a very honest, straight-to-the-point breakdown of exactly where my Shopify store can improve, right down to things like the About Us page.

They also did a deep dive into my niche and customer base and backed everything up with real data. They broke down visitor behaviour, bounce rate, time on site, and where people are dropping off, then explained what questions customers still have during the buying process and how to answer those sooner.

Please do not trust this company, they will let you enroll your credit card or debit card and once enrolled you will not be able to remove them and when that happens, they will charge you $15 every day or every other day without you even doing anything. Another problem with them is that the "app" or tracking software they are using is just a SCAM. They are using the tracking software to scam advertisers to enroll their card and get scam their money. Please do not trust this small company or bunch of hoodlums. They will happily support you at first but after the enrollment of your card, or once you enroll, thats where the scamming begins.
