Absolute rubbish product. On top of that, the customer pays for the return. Total scam.

Like my purchase, but I definitely had some shock at checkout! This shop isn’t cheap. The clothing fits my style perfectly, but I can imagine some people might feel like the quality and the price tag aren't exactly on speaking terms.

Ordered a cashmere jumper for my wife but when it arrived it was acrylic polyester and nylon . Very poor quality and marked . Really dissatisfied with this .Do not buy from tjis company .

Avoid, avoid, avoid!! I never received my items and the “customer service” is APPALLING! There were delays and it was a lengthy process for my items to be “out for delivery”. I contacted sis gains several times asking for an update etc, I would received responses several days later, if at all. My items were notified as “delivered” but I had not received them. I reached out to sis gains and I was told they would “investigate” and get back to me. I also reached out to the courier service. Relay disclosed that my items had been left in a “safe place” and not delivered correctly. It took sis gains several days (roughly a week) to “investigate”, and their response was “your items were delivered, and sent me a picture of my front door area with no parcel present”. They received the email exchange I had with courier confirming that my items were not delivered, yet continue to state they were. I have requested a refund at least 5 times and still have not had one. I spent over £60 on two items I have not received, and that they won’t refund me for. I can’t speak on the quality of the items I ordered, as I didn’t receive them but this is a company I will never shop with again. I also encourage others to be very mindful when attempting to shop with this company too. Awful experience, and customer service.

Nothing special 🥺. The package took forever to arrive, and the quality pretty average. It honestly feels kind of cheap. Maybe if the prices were half, then it would actually be worth it.

Support was a bit slow at first, they take their time replying. But the floral jeans are really pretty, so I can forgive them :))

Ordered a cardigan that says it’s 100% merino wool. The image shown is not what they are selling. Came in a bag with no tags, labels or even an indication of where it come from. The cardigan online shows a full length cardigan but I received one that stops at the bum and made from horrible material. If I could add photos of the difference I would!!

Customer support was a bit sluggish, and I was starting to lose my patience. However, once those floral jeans arrived, all was forgiven, they are really pretty.

This thick wool cardigan is cozy and very warm. I'm happy.

Consider this a warning: this shop is a total credit card vampire! After seeing so many negative reviews, I wonder if I just got lucky because everything I ordered turned out okay. The only real downside was the waiting time for the package... that was definitely annoying.

Cardigan in no way resembles picture and description! Cheap & nasty printed fabric not knitwear.
Website says hassle free returns NOT true. Do not buy from this site.

A bit of a hit-and-miss order for me. The 'Oversized' Half-Zip was smaller than expected (more of a standard fit), so I’ll be swapping that for a size up. On the bright side, the Wool-Blend High-Neck Jacket is flawless!

Ordered a suit on site said UK but wasn't. When it came poor quality nothing like the material or shape on site. Request return took 2days to reply uses AI so just blurts out set message. Your responsible for costs. When emailed my objection got same message so not answering me. Then emailed to say I ve posted sent photo evident of post office Reciept got same message as previous so not acknowledging confirmation. Not confident I will get my money back. DON'T SHP WITH THEM

Okay prices, Okay quality. I reckon the packages are coming from overseas, because 10 business days is a bit too long for something that's already inside the borders.

Absolutely shocking quality and you have to pay for returns to Asia. I am disgusted and will never use this company again. Avoid like the plague! They pretend to be in the Netherlands but they are not.

Almost 50£ for a dress, and it it has loose seams? It's not very visible, but I'm afraid it won't last much? I dunno. The dress is very beautiful, but the seams are a betrayal.

Women's Wool-blend Trench Coat disappointed slightly? I had to have it dry-cleaned right upon receiving the package, because there were tons of white, hairy strings all over it?!?

The cardigans are solid..on the pricier end for sure. I've experience with the Thick Will Women's Cardigan and Long Cardigan Faux Wool

Bought a dress for my daughter, and the feathers were falling out. Apparently I have to pay for it to be shipped back back including taxes. They had th cheek to offer only 10% back.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, SERIOUSLY RUBBISH QUALITY AND WONT OAY BACK ANY MONEY

Must say that the oversized bomber jacket pleasantly surprised me it's super windy where I live and it takes care of that
