Site Skills is a really good company and the way they taught us was excellent. Site skills pushed us to learn. They are very friendly and happy to answer the queries. I got practical setting out site experience and covered the theory part as well. I highly recommend setting out engineering courses at Site Skills knowhow.

Matthew Hughes was a brilliant trainer, really engaged with all the students, making the experience really enjoyable which kept us all keen to learn and take in the learning objectives.

Really enjoyed doing this setting out course. Matt the course instructor always took time to ensure you understood the various elements of the course and was always happy to stay back and go through the parts that i was unsure of. I would definitely recommend this course whatever level your at.

Well structured course. Content was not rushed and allowed plenty of time to practice techniques and get familiar with the instruments. Course manager was knowledgable and answered all questions clearly. Highly recommend this course whether you are new to setting-out or just want to refresh your skills.

I recently completed the 5 day surveying course.
The course was really well structured. The theoretical aspects where explained in a simple and efficient way, which allowed us to focus on the practical surveying for the majority of the 5 days.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone!

The trainer in person of Matthew Hughes has an in-depth knowledge of the course and very impactful. He makes sure no one is lagging as he carries everyone along regardless of your background. No other venue would have serve the purpose of the training than the Northampton Casuals Rugby FC as it gives the feeling of working in a real life situation on a large expanse of land.
Overall, it is commendable and I would always recommend Site Skills Knowhow again and again and again!!!

Site skills knowhow is just the right place for a setting out engineer training. They have got the experience, right space when it comes to teaching and learning environment to training fields, practical equipment sufficient for training and human relations is their most priority. Especially Matthew, he's just the best.

As a beginner to setting out and surveying this was a very good course for me to go on. The trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable and catered for everyone's abilities on the course. It was a very enjoyable week and I felt at the end I could go back to my work place and try out the new skills I obtained on the course.

matt made me to believe in myself again, He took me through all I needed to know for the construction and civil engineering industries concerning Levellingand setting out, Total station for construction and Robotic Total station with both theoretical and comprehensive practical knowledge, Matt made everything so easy and understandable, Tha k you Matt you are a great Trainer.

Highly recommend the course, it's well structured and very detailed. Covers various methods of levelling and setting out drainage (including calcs), full traverse for primary control (including cals), secondary control, and setting out by robotic (points, arcs, lines).
Matt is very friendly & knowledgeable, and the best part for me was being able to peck his head all week for questions I've had for years. We've all met senior engineers who won't teach you what they know! Well Matt will answer your questions all day long, he even helped get me a job through contacts! Thank you Matt, keep in touch !

Site Skills Knowhow is an excellent training Center to learn about total station and the instructor has a lots of experience and knowledge regarding the total station. While he teaching he puts his overall life experience towards the students and make sure to everyone should understand and anybody don’t understand properly he ask about doubts and the tutor explains again and again until we understand the about the total station and calculation and on filed while doing practical with new equipments again he explains on field and always supportive. With my experience as a student the site skills knowhow is awesome place to learn about total station.
I always recommend everyone to get admission in this institution for skills, knowledge and experience.

Undertook a Temporary works co-ordinator course with Matty and have to be 100% honest I wasn’t looking forward to it. Nearly all courses are dull, irrelevant and as a student on the course you just want the pass. Well this of Matty’s was made fun, full of energy, relevant but, enjoyable.
