I am very disappointed in this relatively pricey bike. I should have gone with a better known brand. I'm only 6'2" and my knees are hitting the back of the handle bars. This Beach Cruiser is a poor design and came with no fenders. It's not worth the money. I called the company and they never got back. I should have gone with Schwinn. They make a better bike for less costs.

This bike looks and rides awesome. My daughter rides it all over the place and finds the seat comfortable, the gears smooth, and the ability to carry stuff on the rack very helpful. No complaints.

I got this bike as a beach cruiser but enjoy the ability to adjust gears when needed. The seat is comfortable and the style/color are so cute! It was difficult to assemble by myself and I ended up having a bike shop adjust the gears/brakes for me. Overall, good quality, fits me well (I’m short), and is a smooth ride.

Very happy with my cruiser. Easy to put together, following sixthreezero youtube tutorial. Comfortable and cute bike. The brakes squeaked until I broke them in.

I so don’t want to write a bad review, but I see no other way forward. I truly love my rickshaw trike and have had many fun rides with my granddaughters. In August the trike stopped working, I contacted the company and their diagnosis was a burned out front motor. They did not have the part and the wait began and has dragged on and on and on. Email responses are worthless….”I understand your frustration” “I deeply regret your inconvenience” etc. No one has returned phone calls. I hate writing this, but it started in August and soon it will be Thanksgiving and I’m still banging my head against the wall. We live in snow country and the best of riding season is now gone. I love the trike and very much wanted to buy their strider too, but customer service is worthless in my experience. Apparently the front hub motor is ridiculously hard to find. Perhaps try Amazon.

The company were great to deal with and responded quickly to my emails. The tracking on shipping worked well. it really felt like i was dealing with a family run business and not some big corporation.

My husband and I bought the Easy Transit 750W Folding Electric Trike for RVing. We absolutely love them. It has made our vacations so much more fun. We averaged about 15-18 miles each day, and the top speed is about 16-17mph. The rode them in every city that we stopped, from North Carolina to North Dakota. The batteries (we have 2 per bike) last forever and lock onto the bike. It climbs hills without pause and easily glides over tall grass and rough terrain. I've contacted customer service for accessories and they are unbelievable. They followed-up on our purchase, to insure our happiness. Both bikes fit in the back of our '19 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. They would fit in the back of a truck, but we didn't want the electronics to get wet in the rain while vacationing. We charge the batteries during RV travel and they are ready to go in a few hours. If you're looking for electric bikes SixThreeZero has them. You won't regret this purchase at all.

I have a huge butt and never thought I’d be able to ride a bike again. With this seat I’ve been able to ride my bike countless miles without any discomfort. I’m 6’ 2” and weigh 350 and this seat felt like it was custom made to fit my big, wide, flat butt! Thank you for making this product and restoring the joy of bicycling again! Plus, it looks awesome on my XDS Firmstrong Bruiser!

Due to physical restrictions, I am no longer able to take my mountain bike on adventures so it was time to relax and enjoy the ride! I needed something comfortable and simple that would not aggravate my aching lower back or shoulders now that I'm in my mid-50's. I also needed something that was good quality and affordable. This bike was all that and more! I didn't assemble it but I "supervised" my son assemble it and honestly it was pretty easy and quick! The bike rides so smoothly and comfortable and is just what I was looking for! I highly recommend it!

Super Max Cush Extra Extra Large Comfort Seat is a lifesaver.

I'm a plus size rider and I like to go on long 12+ mile rides everyday. Those rides wouldn't be possible without this amazing seat for support!

I ordered 2 Evryjourney bikes and 2 extra cushion seats. The bike itself was well made. The assembly was not as easy as the video. Alot of bending and push and pull on the fenders and rack on the back. I am pretty handy with tools, and I had problems. I suggest you buy one from a shop already assembled, if you are not tool savvy and have no patience. I didn't care for the seats, so I decided to return them. Nine days after the return form was sent, I finally got a return label after numerous emails to them. Their customer service is Terrible. After nine more days I got a full refund which is normal, I guess. I ordered from the company and not from Amazon. I would recommend ordering from Amazon even if the price is a little higher because the hassle, I had with Customer Service was not worth it. I can't even imagine what it would have been like if I had wanted to send the bikes back.

A year ago, I needed a college bike for my daughter. It has to be reliable, easy to maintain, and rugged. I searched everywhere, and this is the only one that fits all my requirements, plus more.

Comfortable bike with durable structure. The only issue I had was with the assembly. I followed the instructions but couldn't put it together right. The brake makes noise

Amazing bike! Arrived timely, packed very well in a flat box, was medium easy to self assemble (I'm not a pro, so it took me a little while, but I did it all by myself which speaks to the ease of construction). The bike rides soooooo well - love it a lot!

I honestly wish I could give zero. I was initially really excited about this bike. It was my first real purchase for me, but my excitement quickly faded with all the issues. Firstly I ordered several things the bike, helmet, bag, bell, seat and water bottle.

The water bottle came with a huge dent on the bottom and every time I asked for a new one they would recommend I keep the dented one and get a partial refund. I finally asked for a refund and asked where to send the bottle and they asked me to donate it. Still not the resolution I hoped for.

Next my bikes inner tube for the front tire was popped. So that took a couple weeks to get in.

The brakes didn’t seem super intuitive and were just plane hard to figure out. We did partially but a bike shop was able to help more. I will note even the bike shop couldn’t fully keep the pads from shaving the white part of the wheel.

The front metal fender also always mid-ride starts hitting the tire and you have to tap it so that it stops grinding it.

I was riding out my first time and the brakes started auto working. This was pretty scary since I was a couple miles from home and the bike out of no where started brake checking me. I took the bike to another shop and they said the bar holding the front wheel was stripped and the bearings were blown. They said it looked like a factory issues since it’s impossible for it to happen on a new bike.

Got that fixed and was riding again up a sight incline (again a couple miles from the house) when a gear broke. This happened so randomly and it really could have had a damaging ending for me. I was thrown forward from the bike and slide to my stop. The gear no longer works and makes a really loud sound when you click to it.

I have reached out to customer support countless times to rectify the issue and they are not the most helpful. I found on the six three zero website the ability to get a refund within a year of purchase. Apparently that is a lie so beware.

At this point I feel like this bike is eventually going to cause me serious bodily harm. I have only ever ridden it on streets but I don’t even feel like that is safe anymore.
