This was a really informative and useful one day course. The course lead was knowledgeable and the session was interactive with lot's of life experiences discussed and the practical aspects of the training were structured.
I would recommend this course.

I recently completed the First Aid at Work course and found it extremely informative and engaging. Ben was an excellent instructor, delivering the content clearly and confidently while encouraging participation throughout. His knowledge and real-world examples made the course easy to understand and enjoyable. I would highly recommend both the course and Ben to anyone looking to gain or refresh their first aid skills.

A nice welcome at reception . The training was engaging and enjoyable . The tutor was great and there was no pressure on us throughout the course. One minor point is that it would be good to highlight to students that there are no food facilities / vending machines on site .

Nice setting in Carmarthen leisure centre, awesome lecturer 'Celyn' she was fantastic, explained clearly, had great knowledge, a quick wit, and patience even when one of the students was rude regarding leaving early she coped in a calm manner and just continued. Hopeful to see her in 3 years again... 5 stars for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Celyn

Good teacher made it very interesting

The First Aid Day Course was very useful and informative. As I work in an office environment, I found it particularly helpful to learn how to perform CPR and how to respond to situations such as a heart attack. The practical examples made the information easy to understand and remember. I feel more confident knowing how to react in an emergency.

Had my two day refresher was very good

Did my fire marshall training in Cardiff with Donna and can't fault it. It was really informative and our instructor was super friendly. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my first aid training, which was taken at Pentre Awel Llanelli.
I found it to be taught with lots of professionalism, with lots of questions to interact as a team with.
I feel like I learned alot.

Trainer was very positive and kept it engaging, also able to draw on personal experiences to talk about managing first aid situations in the real world.

The course was instructive and informative. 1 day course was a good reminder of basic first aid. Will help me with first aid when coaching football.

The course was very informative and was put over very well by our trainer, Lisa Nicholls. I would recommend this course for anyone looking to become a First Aider.

We had a great time and learnt a lot. The participants were all enthusiastic which helpedas we had a small group. The trainer was engaging and knowledgeable. It was interactive which was good and the introduction of the choke vest was good.
Some parts of the course involved copying what was in the book onto the board which I appreciate is a form of learning information but I feel this bit could be changed to make things a little more interesting.
