You mentioned that you are unable to access our website through Trustpilot, while also stating that our Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are over a year old. At this time, our Trustpilot profile has not yet been updated with our current website, which is why the link may not be functioning correctly. We are not actively using Trustpilot until this issue is resolved. Please note that we do operate on a new website with updated information.

We would also like to clarify that our COAs are not over a year old. We conduct testing for every new batch we receive to ensure quality, accuracy, and transparency. Any claim suggesting otherwise is incorrect.

Additionally, upon further review, it appears that your profile contains multiple negative reviews across several peptide companies. We were unable to locate any verified purchases associated with your name or information in our system.

To ensure fairness and accuracy for both our customers and our business, we kindly ask that you provide verifiable order details if a purchase was made. We are always happy to review and address legitimate concerns when proper information is provided.

We’re sorry you feel dissatisfied with your experience. We do take all customer inquiries seriously and respond in accordance with our established policies.

As stated clearly in our terms and conditions at the time of checkout, once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to the nature of our products and payment systems. These policies are applied uniformly to all customers.

We also want to clarify that while we welcome respectful communication, we do not take threats, harassment, or abusive language lightly. Multiple messages containing harassment and profanity were received regarding this matter. Such conduct is not acceptable, and we will pursue appropriate channels if necessary to protect our business and staff.

We have reviewed this matter thoroughly and acted fully within our published policies. While we understand that outcomes may not always meet individual expectations, this does not constitute wrongdoing.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify a few important details to ensure accuracy.

Our warehouse and office were closed from 10/31–11/9, which was posted on our website banner and social media. During that time, no calls, texts, or emails were able to be answered. We did not begin responding to voicemails or emails until 11/10.

We reviewed our system and do not show any email received from you. Email is always the fastest and most reliable way to reach our team, and as of today all emails have been fully responded to. We are still working through the large number of voicemails and text messages received while we were closed, which is why phone responses may be delayed.

If you are missing an item from your order, please email us directly at orders@sjpeptides.net with your order number, pictures of the package, packing slip and what you received, and we will be happy to get this resolved for you right away.
