I wasn’t going to use them cause I didn't really like the person who introduced me to them 😂😂😂. I don’t usually have questions after I order so I can’t speak on customer service or anything. Placed my second order last week and everything came today (after the holiday as I expected) but shipped the morning after I ordered.
Only issue I had ended up not being their fault (box was placed in wrong mailbox and neighbor picked it up).
New to this world but I’ve ordered from a couple bigger places and definitely prefer to support small business! Placing another order this week! Good product!

We understand your frustration and want to clarify the details of your order. Your order was placed on 6/26 at 8:46 AM EST, and tracking information was sent to your email at 9:09 AM EST. The package was picked up by FedEx the same day at 4:00 PM EST.
We checked the tracking, and it shows the package was delivered on 7/3 at 1:34 PM EST.
As outlined in our policies, all in-stock orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same day, and it is the customer's responsibility to check their email (including spam/junk folders) or contact us within 24 hours if tracking is not received.

We’d like to clarify the situation for full transparency. You have placed several orders with us in the past. Your most recent order was placed on April 24th, and an invoice was promptly sent to your email the same day. When the invoice remained unpaid, we followed up again via email on April 25th. Unfortunately, we never received any reply or payment, and as stated in our policies, unpaid orders are not fulfilled.
To be clear, nothing was shipped because the order was never paid for, not because it was canceled arbitrarily. We’re always available to help if there’s a payment issue, but we didn’t receive any follow-up communication from you after the invoice was sent.
