For the last 2 and a half years I've been living in my property which led to untold leaks from the flat upstairs. It finally got resolved in January this year 2025 while I was in hospital having major surgery. The solicitors who handled my case was brilliant and managed to get what I wanted. I would certainly recommend them and use them again if I need to.
