Had load of work done all thanx to SJS solicitors fighting my corner.

Not even finished yet but the communication from Charlie is shocking, and the blloke who started the process of them taking the claim about my property in disrepair was full of bs, he told me this solicitors get their own choice of workmen to do the repairs as its plainly simple the council cant do it but thats not true along with a few other things, basically these are just interested in the money they can get.
Was going to recommend to them to a LOT of people who needs help but wouldn't recommend now at all.
Been asked to check my review because apparently you're not meant to put their truth into reviews!, so after I did this review I had quite a lot of contact from Charlie asking if I could change my review but still hasn't done my claim or anything yet so I won't be changing the truth, if you're having trouble with your property look elsewhere if you want your case solving.

Not only have they still not done anything!, they now after all this time put a trainee solicitor to deal with it.
100% if you want your housing disrepair case sorting find someone better.

SO THESE HAVE ALLOWED NWLEICS COUNCIL GO OVER THEIR TIME LIMIT YET AGAIN, THEN ALLOWED YET ANOTHER EXTENSION TILL THE END IF APRIL AND THE COUNCIL HAVE BREACHED THE ORDER AND THE RESPONSE FROM THESE NOW THEY GOT EASY MONEY IS "WELL THEY ARE GETTING ROUND TO THE WORK"
DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS IF YOU HAVE HOUSING ISSUES, THEY ARE JUST OUT GOR EASY MONEY AND DEFINITELY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY OR PROMISE!.
ANOTHER UPDATE WHY NOT TO USE THESE!.
SO EVERYTHING WAS MEANT TO BE DONE ALL WORKS BY MARCH 14TH, COUNCIL GOT ANOTHER EXTENSION TO END OF APRIL, AND WVEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OWNER, WVEN THOUGH THE COUNCIL ARE WAY IN BREACH, STILL ALL THIS SOLICITORS CAN DO IS KEEP GOING ON HOLIDAYS ( NOT SUPRISED WITH GETTING ALL THIS EASY MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING!) ALL THIS AND COUNCIL IS GOING TO THE PAPWRS AND I WOULDN'T WANT THE TRUTH! LIKE THIS TO BE SAID IF IT WAS MY COMPANY!.
I KNOW ITS HARD IF YOU HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR HOME BUT THESE DO NOT HELP!, NOTHING BEEN DONE ABOUT THE DAMP, MOULD, THE ROOFS FALLING IN ETC NOTHING!.

SJS Legal are very helpful and polite. They helped me throughout my case and helped me with any questions I had. SJS are brilliant and have brilliant expert advice. I recommend SJS there friendly are always there to help with anything and they are quick at getting back to you via email or over the phone. SJS helped me to win my case about damp/mould I had in my council property. The council didn't help me after numerous times of reporting repairs that needed to be fixed by my council including damp/mould but SJS helped me by getting the repairs I needed done and also they helped me win compensation because of the all repairs and damp and mould the council didn't get done! So far so good - was referred via claim 247 then after recommending other people whom got bombarded with calls , It has made me paranoid.
I requested something on paper and my reference was not on nor correct name or correct date , which makes me feel no closer to the truth
When investigating Amberis the company isn't as states on company house.
Totally confused unless a scam , claim 247 whom gave them my details - I was informed by a ' team executive ' that they have not heard of claim 247 - whom were dissolved the year before.
Confusing or scam?
