Just fantastic
Fantastic service, preview sent of image before hand. Great quality product. This was my second order from sketch and stitch and won't be my last. Recipient loved his jumper! I definitely recommend these guys for penalised clothing.

Lovely stitching, small sizing
I loved the design and the stitching however, it was a present for my boyfriend who wears a Medium, however your sizing seems to be smaller and it’s tight on him

I ordered a jumper for my partner for Valentine’s Day and I am blown away by the quality of the jumper when I received it last week. The quality is amazing and to a super high standard. The turn around was quick so I didn’t have to wait too long and I really enjoyed being sent the the design I had chosen before the hoodie had started production. I will definitely be ordering again! Sizes are misleading!
Prints/sketch is nice but the sizes are huge even you order smaller!! I did order tshirts for my anniversary but looks like have to wear them as a lounge wear or pyjama tshirts!

We are very sorry you feel this way, we have never had a problem with the size of our garments. Our garment suppliers are well known around the world providing blank items for both Highstreet and independent businesses. We provide the approx. measurements to ensure that each customer can size up or down to their required size. We also provide model imagery on our website so you can see the approx. fit.
Over email you confirmed that you did not read our product discriptions “Just for your information when I ordered it, I never seen loose fitting t-shirt!” You would have also seen when checking the approx.. sizes in the description that the t-shirt is clearly described as “loose fitting”.
We also have a chat system and email that customers can contact us on if they have any questions about our garments before purchasing.
Tears of joy
Bought a jumper as a Christmas present. It did not disappoint. It was everything it could have been and more! Tears all around! The service was really quick and got plenty of emails to keep me updated on the progress. Great service!

Ordered a sweatshirt for my sister and…
Ordered a sweatshirt for my sister and they’ve spelt her name incorrectly. I’m disappointed as it’s 3 days before Christmas and I have little time to find and buy another meaningful gift. The company did provide me a refund but I don’t think this makes up for the fact I’m now left without a gift to give my sister and I’m just generally disappointed in my experience with this brand.

We are really disappointed to read this review, we have been very apologetic over the genuine mistake we made on the sweatshirt, and we have been responsive ever since we were made aware of the error and tried to accommodate you as best as possible with a replacement or a full refund. The refund was processed in less than 24 hours, we do not feel your one star represents our service as we have tried our best to rectify the problem for you. As a small business we take pride in our relationships with our customers however genuine mistakes occur during busy periods and sadly given the time of year it was impossible to get a replacement out in time for Christmas.

There was good communication throughout. Item was packaged well and arrived via tracked royal mail in good condition.
Item arrived as expected.
Good quality towel robe.
It is a Gift 🎁
So I'm sure the quality and personalisation will be appreciated when received.
Only comment I would make is , I expected the embroidery to be thicker and bigger lettering.
I bought a large , So expected fairly large words.
I feel the letters would be okay on smaller item.
But would have benefited from being slightly larger on a large/ xl item.
Still a lovely item to Gift and receive.

Great quality hoodie
Purchased an outline hoodie as a gift, the photo was instantly recognisable, the quality of the embroidery is great and it arrived very quickly. I was sent a mock-up of the image before production to confirm any changes , communication was easy and it turned out to be the best gift! I will be buying again
