Skiacha is a small, independent focaccia project inspired by traditional Tuscan schiacciata and built around quality, care, and simplicity. Each Skiacha focaccia is made in small batches using slow fermentation, high-hydration dough, and carefully selected ingredients. Skiacha operates through limited weekly drops rather than mass production. This allows every bake to be handled by hand, from mixing and folding the dough to baking, filling, and packaging. Orders are prepared fresh and delivered locally, with freshness and texture always prioritised over volume. The menu changes regularly and often features seasonal ingredients and classic Italian flavour combinations. As a small operation, Skiacha is constantly testing, refining, and improving recipes based on real customer feedback. Skiacha was started as a passion project, with the aim of bringing something genuinely well-made and thoughtfully produced to the local community. Freshly made and full of delicious fillings. I liked the Al Cotto the best, and my husband preferred the Mortadella one. We wanted to order them again for next Saturday, but they had already sold out!

Absolutely delicious
Absolutely delicious! Found Skiacha via instagram and consider me a new fan. We ordered the Mortadella and it was truly superb. Bread was so flavoursome and ingredients fresh. Lorenzo was very friendly and professional, delivery was exactly as promised. 10/10 - we will be back!

Ultra fresh and ultra delicious
Ultra fresh and ultra delicious. So big I have eaten half at lunch and the other for dinner. My best find of 2026 so far. Lorenzo is a very nice man and super punctual.

Highly recommend, what a delight!

Absolutely delicious!
I ordered two schiacciatas for the first time which Lorenzo delivered- both were delicious and lasted all of 5 minutes. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Absolutely delicious sandwiches - we tried all 3 - mortadella was our favourite but have re-ordered all again for next weekend! So nice having them delivered to the house for Saturday lunch.
