Superhandig! Het ski materiaal stond al klaar in de chalet nog voor wij er arriveerden. Extra materiaal werd bij het passen zonder probleem en met de glimlach toegevoegd. Duidelijke communicatie. Een aanrader!

Fabulous service and great product. Staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Came to the chalet with skis so we didn’t even have to go to the shop. Really good flexible service. Would highly recommend.

Could not recommend SkiDoc enough! It cuts out that hassle of arriving after a long journey and having to trek down to the local ski hire shop. Then once waiting around for your turn, having to trek back to your chalet with your equipment. The service was faultless, we were a large group and all needs were met and very fast. Appreciate the text check ins through the week checking all was ok. Would use again and recommend to friends.

Superb service. I’d ordered wrong size boots and they changed them immediately at the end of my first day. 8 of us all very happy with the equipment and service. Friendly, nice people to deal with. Skis delivered and collected from our chalet… what’s not to like?!!

We could not recommend SkiDoc highly enough. Our chalet manager recommended them, and mentioned they had had great feedback, so we booked our ski hire through them. They came to our apartment, had a variety of ski boots in our sizes to try, fabulous skis for our all abilities booked for beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert. They were in contact with us the next day to check all okay, and met us to change snowboard to skis for my son, and went over and above to be helpful. It was wonderful to have the individual attention to our apartment and that they collected our skis at the end of our holiday from there too, and the willingness to drive out to elsewhere on slopes to replace if necessary or difficulty.

Great service. Contacted us just before arrival in resort to arrange delivery so we were able to ski that day. Checked in to see everything was okay during the week and collected from chalet at end of holiday. Equipment was all god had no problems.

Loved my equipment from day 1 so no swapouts required but service was great. Checked up regularly to see that everything was okay and they come to you so no need to fight a scrum at a store location.

Easy to book, excellent service. Equipment waiting at chalet in advance of fitting, and any issue resolved same day.

Best board hired yet!

Recently hired boots and skis and was so impressed with the great service - our coach from the airport was delayed so we didn’t get to the resort until 10pm but SkiDoc waited and fitted the equipment on our arrival - great to have everything delivered to your door and picked up at the end of the holiday. Text to make sure the equipment was comfortable after the first day and would have exchanged if required - let us know when they were picking equipment up and fitted in with our plans. Very good service all round.

I messaged Skidoc when we were an hour away from the resort. They gave me a rough time window when they could come to our chalet and then messaged again to say they would be arriving in 20 minutes.
The fittings were fast and easy. Joseph was brilliant with everyone and obviously knew what he was talking about and gave us great advice.
The equipment was great quality and perfect for what we were doing.
I got a message at the end of the first day to check all the equipment was suitable for us and if we needed anything changing. We didn’t.
At the end of the week we just had to leave our equipment in the boot room and it was collected.

Skis were excellent, service great right to the door. Good follow up next day, ensuring all was good.

Tamas was really friendly and welcoming. I ended up staying longer and they were very flexible with a great price. Got a nice board which I got compliments from strangers on too. Will definitely be coming back next year!
