Great people, excellent service!
Great people, excellent service. Very flexible when we wanted to change something and if needed they would come over daily to service equipment. Also very helpful to friends who did not rent but had equipment issues. Absolute recommendation!

Excellent Service!
Excellent service from start to finish with great communication and nothing was too much trouble. We arranged for some ski hire for some of our party before we arrived and then added on some extras closer to the time. We asked for some of our own stuff to be serviced part way through the week which was no problem, and the items were returned later that evening so as not to leave us short on time up the mountain. Highly recommend SkiDoc, we will definitely use them again next year. Thank you!

Crack team - service orientated - great comms
Well all I can say is thank goodness someone is getting it right! This team went above and beyond. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly, polite and helpful. They brought with them different options for each person in our party just in case we found we weren't happy with our gear, fitted it, checked it, and followed up daily with WhatsApp messages asking if everything was OK. One of our party brought along her own skis which when brought out of their bag, clearly needed servicing. SkiDoc took them away on the evening before she needed them and they were back in the locker at our chalet by 8am the next morning, fully serviced. The nicest thing was that that everyone in the team was charming, enthusiastic and keen to do a good job. All were experienced in the sector and wanted to blow everyone else out of the water by offering great service at reasonable prices. Isn't it a pity that it should be such a surprise to find such great service? Small things matter, and this team seem to have thought of everything. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Consummate professionals.
