I am sharing my personal experience with SkillGigs in hopes of helping others make informed decisions. I worked with their team, which operates from Pakistan and India, and I did not receive my salary for the last two months despite completing my work as agreed. Repeated follow-ups did not lead to any resolution.

In addition to my own experience, I also noticed complaints from some of their clients— including nurses — who reported facing similar issues with delayed or missing payments. While I cannot speak for others directly, seeing these concerns raised by multiple people made me even more uncomfortable with the company’s practices.

Based on my experience and what I observed, I cannot recommend SkillGigs. I hope they address their payment and communication problems so future workers and clients don’t face the same difficulties.

Pay delay and non-pay issue, days long delayed calls/texts from payroll department. Slow pay.

Anyone else had pay issues with SKILLGIGS or other agency?

There is a group of us considering a class action suit for damages.'
Delayed paychecks cause us damage.
We are the ones doing the work, driving to the assignments, spending time away from our families, spending our hard earned cash to get set up - we DESERVE to be paid on time, even our first check.
Please send us the details if you have been harmed by delayed pay.
We HAVE to be exact in our practice - we deserve the same from payroll departments.

I signed up for SkillGigs last year and…

I signed up for SkillGigs last year and immediately regretted it as I began getting harassed with multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages daily.

I emailed and called SkillGigs over 15 times asking them to please remove me from all forms of communication and everytime they tell me they will yet I keep getting harassed.

This company does not do what it says it will do and continues to solicit me without my permission.

HCA that’s actually good

The facility that I work at turned out to be a nice facility. With it being a HCA I was shocked although it has some downs to it but you make your day turn out how you want it to turn. Most of the people were welcoming but the charting system need to ne updated and not user friendly. Skillgigs stayed in contact with me until they found what I wanted and I appreciate that and they bargained with the facility to get me what I wanted to get paid as well. I will do another contract or even extend if possible.
