HCA that’s actually good
The facility that I work at turned out to be a nice facility. With it being a HCA I was shocked although it has some downs to it but you make your day turn out how you want it to turn. Most of the people were welcoming but the charting system need to ne updated and not user friendly. Skillgigs stayed in contact with me until they found what I wanted and I appreciate that and they bargained with the facility to get me what I wanted to get paid as well. I will do another contract or even extend if possible.

My contract was changed from $50 a day for housing to $100 a week.when I spoke with the employee who is longer with the company he assured me that’s what I would be getting because there’s no where in the world you can get an hotel weekly for $100 I’m losing money because of someone’s mistake

Im disappointed in some of the reviews, not with SGs, though but the professional Nurses. The complaints Sound petty, and clearly represent the attitudes among Nurses, that keep our field in a group synonymous with high school mean girls! Reread the comments Ladies. And most Nurse will say, “I became a nurse because I love people and I care!” I guess it needs clarification, “I am only kind and patient when its required, I have to be kind at work, when I am being watched, or paid, otherwise, I am a bully! Very saddening.. Just an observation 🫤
We could move mountains if we pulled it together, instead our profession suffers and unfortunately we all suffer…

Both Sam & Jade were attentive
Both Sam & Jade were attentive, diligent and professional. I worked for a long time with Sam and I have to tell you he is one hard worker! I am super impressed with this guy. It was a combination of not wanting to take no for an answer from me, but most importantly he wanted to find me a contract that I REALLY wanted. Honestly, I just cannot say enough good things about him.
I just worked with Jade today but I will say the same things for her. Jade is persistent and determined and solution oriented.
Together they were quite the team.
I look forward to seeing how it is to work out a full contract with SkillGigs, because initially I was not too impressed with your company. The travel nurse industry has gotten CRAZY & I move right along if there is a lack of understanding, unprofessionalism, any number of things can put me off of a travel company/recruiter. Your communication methods were really beginning to irritate me and I will say I was shocked to have someone contact me, ask me for specific feedback and then respond! Respond telling me they were fixing it! And then... y'all DID fix it! I was sick of getting those emails asking me to accept bids that had NO information for me to accept!! LOL I was beginning to think that you were a SCAM.
At the end of the day I must admit that you have surprised me in many ways and I am thrilled to have signed a contract with you

Simply the best!
The process was different and at times challenging but everyone I worked with went above and beyond to get the assignment I wanted. I wasn't the easiest person at times but they all kept being supportive and positive.
I think skillgigs will be the go to agency from now own.
