Terrible customer service
Ordered a product from them for the first time that I had been using for years. Product was different than what it normally is. They would not do anthing about it bc it was 10 days past the 60 day return. I was using up my older product first and contacted them as soon as I noticed the issue. They either sell fake products or store them poorly.
Edited to add that yes they asked for pictures of the product but told me that it does not change their return policy and a refund or return iis not possible. They don’t stand behind their products plain and simple.

While our policy requires quality concerns to be reported within 10 days of delivery, and we were contacted approximately 70 days after delivery, we offered to investigate further. In response, we requested photos of the product along with the batch/lot code, so we could properly investigate and, if needed, follow up directly with the brand.
Unfortunately, we did not receive this information, which has made it impossible for us to move forward with an investigation on our end.
Every product we carry is sourced directly through our brand relationships, and we stand behind that sourcing for every order we fulfill. We remain open to reviewing this matter further the moment those details are provided.
