Emily is very experienced at doing facials and massage and all treatments I have had with her have been excellent. She is very personable, cares for all of her clients, and very professional. The quality of all the treatments I have had with Emily have been consistently of excellent quality - not just during the treatment; the results as well. She also gives great advice on how to maintain your skin on a daily basis. Furthermore, Skinmaze as an beauticians is great to visit. I had a great skin analysis and a very detailed consultation followed by a course of treatments. I was particularly impressed by the knowledge of the skin science of my therapist. Accurate product recommendations and it does exactly what it says on the label.

You advertised duo of Age Logic eye cream and age logic face cream.. i had this order before satisfactorily. This time the pot with red top was substituted for a ordinary white top pot. The cream was unrecognisable. My face began to burn and eyes and lips. What is going on? Is this a fake pitwith a Guinot label.

Ordered two Skinceuticals products from Skinmaze. Both of the bottles were filled with water (ie not the product I ordered). I’ve been using these products for years so I know what I should be getting. It all looked legit with the right packaging and security on the products.
Skinmaze did eventually offer me a refund having asked me to send the products back (which I paid postage for and they didn’t refund). Weeks after I sent the products back I had to chase them about the refund.
I would not order expensive products from them again.

Emily is so attentive and professional. I feel like I get an oasis of calm and rejuvenation on every visit.

I have been having facials at Skin Maze for sometime and have always found the results good. However Zoe did an additional treatment which certainly improved the way my face felt and looked after . Even my partner noticed the difference!

Zoe is a great Therapist but even she has taken massage to the next level with the Himalyan hot stones treatment. Well done! When can I book again? Mike

Skinmaze never lets me down . Super fast delivery ( literally next day ) plenty of stock and will contact immediately if not . I live in central london but, always go to them because they are so reliable . Give great skin advice as well

Have used this company for a few years now for my Jane Iredale Liquid Minerals Foundation. I buy two together at a special price. As long as I remain happy with the price I will continue to buy from them as the swiftness of service has always been good. Also their replies to emails are quick and efficient.
