Clare is always consistantly polite, knowledgeable, and seems to find the best deal & discounts! This is why we returned for her help this year.

We booked our ski holiday with Alice who has great communication, is really helpful and came up with suggestions which could save money on our trip. I'd definitely recommend booking with her & ski solutions.

Really easy to deal with - great knowledge and advice

Adviser was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous & efficient. He had a great sense of humour & was very to happy as much as possible.
We had to leave a message on two occasions without any guidance as to when we woumd have a response. It would be helpful to provide a rough idea eg. Within 3 hours, or by the following day

The person dealing with my enquiry was really knowledgeable about the resort I was looking at. The were very polite, returned my call and we’re efficient at making my booking.

we have not yet gone on our holiday, but so far, the experience with ski solutions is that they are speedy, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, direct, and super efficient. It has been a pleasure working with them, and I would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend them. I was so relieved to find them, and have all the details sorted so quickly!

Efficient, knowledgeable and responsive team made it easy to book. Received a detailed, well presented quote which we felt was value for money and promptly booked.

Do NOT book with ski solutions. They massively overcharged us for our hotel. It ended up costing more than £4000 more for 2 rooms than the hotel would charge at premium rate. We only realised when we got to the hotel and saw the rooms and started talking to the hotel.
We have since contacted Ski solutions who have told us that that is "just what it cost". Various excuses used are that the cost included the flights, even though they were itemised separately on the invoice. We are so appalled by their responses and customer Service. There has been complete denial of the itemised bill we were sent. I am considering legal action now.

Steve is always so attentive to our needs making the whole process of booking a ski holiday (in our case for a party of 10) a simple and enjoyable experience.

Great to speak with real people who also know about skiing. Mark was really helpful and was pleased we got the holiday we were looking for with Inghams in Saalbach, as dealing with Inghams directly was difficult and they were unhelpful.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful

First time calling this company and called up today and spoke to a guy called James, very unhelpful and made me feel like a burden calling. I’ve been skiing plenty of times before and I know how much a ski trip can/should cost. Felt like I was being mocked for my budget despite this same budget having taken me on all of the ski trips I’ve previously been on.

Unhelpful, unfriendly and clearly not very customer focussed. Will no longer be trying this company and will take my service to previous companies who have been helpful and had a pleasant customer journey.

Very pleased with the service. A shame we missed out on our first choice of hotel, but Emily found us a very suitable replacement.

I made a vague online enquiry on a Friday evening. James called on Saturday morning and offered a range of options. He was very knowledgeable about the various resorts. I took some time to consider my options and phoned later that day to book what my husband and I chose. A very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service, with no pressure to make a hasty decision.

Very helpful engaging staff when I phoned - who were also very knowledgeable about the accommodation & resort.

Having booked a fantastic family holiday last year for c£15k in the French Alps, and lost it all due to Covid, Ski Solutions managed to help me secure a voucher for a couple of nights to use in 2023.

After literally months of chasing, I managed to get Ski Solutions to book a weekend this March using the voucher. They came back to me with a c£4k quote. Bewildered I looked and found regular flights at half the price, and then saw that they had booked 2 extra nights beyond my voucher value. When I quizzed them they told me

"In this instance can I suggest you confirm the accommodation direct with the hotel and I have attached the correspondence here for you to pick it up with the hotel.
As I’m sure you can appreciate we are a commercial business and we need to make a margin on all bookings we do, but in this instance we are not going to be able to do that, hence why contact the hotel and please put the rest of the package together yourself"

They had already made a healthy margin on last year's holiday, which we could not take, and when I contacted the hotel directly they appeared very responsive and easy to deal with, which seems contradictory to the advice I had been told. In addition, dealing directly I'd saved c£2k on the price.

I wouldn't normally right such a review, but to add to things, each time I used them in the past, they were unable to book lessons or ski hire, so this needed to be done directly.

Not exact a ski 'solution' more a money focused ski company.

Was told about 2 possible chalet holidays for 4/Feb. Rep said too busy to email over the details!
