Always finds the answer!

We have been dealing with Sophie now for 5+ years and she always comes up with a solution to our awkward booking (10+ people for a few nights in a ski resort). Super speedy responses to any questions and always finds us a great resort and hotel.

We have used Ski Solutions on several occasions and have had nothing less than first class service from Clare. This time was no different and as ever, she was understanding, obliging, helpful, knowledgeable and very keen to get our booking sorted.

From the initial contact, James at Ski Solutions was both very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He came up with a number of good ideas and came back to us quickly with options once we had decided on location and dates. Good follow up but not too pushy (which was helpful when booking for a group as we needed time to get all in agreement!)

A personal service, you tell the consultant what you want, and the consultant does all the research and comes back with options.

My daughter's brand swimsuit disappeared from room while we were away. We complained several times since December. No responsibility taken neither by Ski Solutions nor by the hotel they organised for us.

This is our second year of using Ski Solutions to organise our holiday. We knew what we wanted in terms of accommodation and level of skiing, but not where to find it, and Clare came up with some excellent suggestions. Thanks to her we went to Corvara and had two of our happiest ski weeks ever. All our flights, transfers, ski hire etc worked perfectly. We have already talked to her about next year!

Booked a fairly last minute ski holiday with Ski Solutions. They were very helpful: they work with a number of tour operators so can find you a variety of options. I booked a chalet holiday with Inghams but even though there were only a couple of weeks to go and it was for a date in the school holidays they had a good deal of choice at good prices. Communication throughout was excellent and they arranged my ski hire and ski passes for me. I have used them before and I would use them again.

We arranged a ski holiday via Clare at Ski Solutions. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable and it was great speaking to a "real" person to clarify things. Clare called back as promised and the booking was a swift process. All documents arrived on time and were very informative. Clare also offered to book ski passes and skis which was great - one less thing to worry about. We would definitely use Ski Solutions again.

We booked via Ski Solutions for the first time in December 2022 and thought the experience was so good that we have already used them again for our next ski trip. Clare was impressively knowledgeable about the resorts and accommodation and her insights were really helpful. Also valuable in the booking process as well with some useful tips. We had a fairly complex booking with flights from three different UK airports for the group but she took it in her stride and the whole experience was very good and responsive.
